Ok, I've seen the new exhaust system and I've booked in for it to be fitted on Feb 21st. So pics and first impressions will follow.
It is a 76mm system whereas the ThunderCat was 2.5". The only gaskett is at the turbo/downpipe. The downpipe/mid and mid/backbox are a sliding push fit design [gasketless]
The mid section is the straightest I've seen or heard of.
The downpipe has a very small Sports Cat and the material, I'm told, is an improvement over the ThunderCat.
I believe it is for New Age and above, and the box ends in a straight 4" rolled tip.
I saw it already on a commisioned rally car they are currently preparing and it is the dogs.
I haven't heard it though. I'm assured it's not a loud system but has a deep burble sound.
