As I said my tools (most of them given to me as presents) and my spare Subaru engine is coming back on Saturday, fingers crossed. Can't wait to smile at her father struggling to get the engine off the truck on his own. I've all of a sudden developed a bad back I never thought I'd see my stuff again, but just goes to show what a couple of heated conversations can do
Funnily enough she telephoned me late last night, and I surprisingly didn't want to speak to her. I passed the telephone to M18use (good mate I'm living with) and told him to tell her, I don't want to speak to her. She replied "she don't blame me"!!!!!! WTF I REALLY don't understand her!!!!
After 14 years of marrital bliss (not) I thought I knew her, but it just goes to show I didn't have a clue
Reckon she'll start messing me around with access to my four girls now!! Time will tell

If she you messes you about, the courts are real strict on the access thing now, so you shouldnt suffer to much.

Shocking but true, she said I'm still allowed the girls to stay over this weekend
She only started acting really un-reasonable since I told her I met someone I really like. Haven't and never thought I would say that after being single for 3 years. I've always been honest with her, so thought I should this time.
Think it wasn't a good idea

PS Had the girls all weekend and no problems, apart from them arriving with hardly any clothes / socks and pants

what a bitch, my ex tried the one about you have to keep me in the style I have grown acustomed to line, as I was a contractor earning lots of dosh, so I told her that I would stop working and she couldnt afford to keep me.
i sold my boat, jet ski, and cars for about half what they were worth , just so she couldnt claim half of them. A bit **** i know , but glad she didnt get the money.
i came back from working away and her parents had cleared the house, it was like a batchelor pad.
bless them all. woman scourned and all that.
all the best mate

Surley the V5 issue is going to get her in to some serious trouble? As the vehicle was not hers she will have had to "forge" your signature in order to sell the vehicle??? That would fraudulating documents to the dvla???? In which case the vehicle was sold illegally and should still be your property?
I would get on to the DVLA and ask for advise on the situation
Ade
By the way what a F*****G B***H.

Only reason for her doing this i think is cause she is still bitter about it all which makes me smile to myself if i'm honest. I wouldn't go out of my way to **** her off (anymore) but it is still satisfying to see her on her **** now and again after all i did for her. Obviously as long as it doesn't affect the kids. (Just to pre-empt any tree hugging pc ***** jumping on me for that one.)
Sounds to me like you're getting it sorted eventually - good to see another survivor of the hell that i believe is more to blame with the british legal system than women themselves.
Cheers and good luck
Ritchie.

Its 7 years since my divorce and still get **** from her every now and then.
Example: Ex wife moved to Spain last spring with her boyfriend & taking our daughter with them. I wasn't happy but didn't moan 'cos my daughter was excited about it and at least it got her out of the sh!tty area they were living in.
So now me and my present wife decide to buy an apartment business in Austria and will be moving there in May /June this year. Told my ex about my plans while on a visit to Spain to see my daughter, and she starts moaning "what about our daughter? If you move to Austria when will you see her? blah blah blah"
Had to explain to her it made **** all difference to where I lived, as since she took my daughter to Spain I have to take a plane trip to see her, so makes no difference if I fly from the UK or Austria to Spain

She told me that someone bought the car to use as a track car. So I don't think there is an issue with the car being registered And apparently he was a RS enthusiast. It would have taken him about 1/2 second to work out the contents of the garage was worth thousands of pounds. Cossie gearbox / original 4 speed dog box / baby atlas back axle / nose cones so I guess he offered her, what she thought was a good price!!
I had the shell seam welded a number of years ago, and at the time painted the car inside and out with hamerite. After not touching the car for over 10 years, the shell was in perfect condition without rust.
The main thing is I'm still allowed to see my daughters (at the moment) and we're just about to agree access (through the courts) When this is done, I'll stitch her right up. Not sure about the legal aspect of the V5. She used to be brilliant at forging my signature, so guess she still is. Where could I check to see if the car is registered to anyone?
Thanks Phill

It doesn't matter if the car is not going to be used on the road. The V5 is a legal document and it is used to identify the owner of the vehicle. So for the vehicle to change owners the V5 would have had to be signed. If it was not signed by the actual owner and sold without his consent then fraud has taken place. Forget for a minute you were married to them and look at the same thing from a different angle.
Your living in a house with a lodger etc. You go on holiday, come back to discover they had sold your car as they had access to the documents!! V5 is a legal document so it has been fraudulantly signed.
I would call the DVLA and tell them your vehicle has been sold without your consent and that the signature of the owner has been signed by someone else. The dates will be on the V5 of when it was sold so you can prove you were not there at the time of sale and you should also be able to prove that you have not received any funds for it.
Sorry to go on but I can't stand the way that a marrage breaking up in this country seems to give a green card for the woman to do what the hell she likes with no consequences!!!!
1,2 And breathe in and 3,4 and relax 5,6 breathe out 7,8 ahhhhh that's better
