Electric shocked myself the other week putting a new dimmer switch in. Arc'd the wires on the metal faceplate.
Was buzzing for about an hour
Think 300w is the way to go. Only got to cover a distance of roughly 15-20 foot.

Part Re-wired my next doors kitchen for there new cooker and hob three weeks ago, done all my isulation tests and stuff before putting the juice on,all was fine.Returned power.......only i hob working
looked at the instructions and noticed there was 3 brass jumper things that were meant to get wired in with the 40amp cable to the hob.Thought i had switched all the power off, until i got this rather tingly buzz up my arm that made me jump
realising that i had not tripped the rcd and nearly dropped this expensive hob i thought i better isolate it.The shock must of fried my remaning Braincell, and i proceded to fit the brass jumpers the wrong way....power on and BANG
I only went and blew/fried the 30ma RCD which is pretty hard to fry.
4.45 pm and it's starting to get dark, electrical shop soon closing
So i ended up getting a new rcd just in time and had to fit it to the main DB by torchlight.
So if you need any Electic's done im NOT your man.

Had a right fuck on replacing some light switches. Double switch downstairs, single one upstairs to do the landing light. That took some "trial and error"

Been to work this afternoon, it wasn't good.

Evening all
2 big boxes of Lindor, packet of M&S toffee shortbread biscuits, chocolate Hob ****, assorted Mars minatures left over for trick or treaters and 3 boxes of Cadbury's Brunch bars.
And on the crisp front, a box of assorted Walkers, got to love Costco

That reminds me....... did you get many halloweeners knocking on you doors last night. We only had one all night.
Last year I had three very attractive young ladies dressed as schoolgirls come round collecting for charity. I was gutted that they never arrived this year.

Afternoon All, predictions for tonight?
Lucky Euro win followed by a miserable draw at the weekend where it actually counts
And why have Sky put all the Toon home games on, how about a few away games
