I've got a set of 4 pots.

I would think they may need a service

Also good discs but no pads

got some with pretty new discs for £100

no pads or springs etc etc

callipers were supposed to be siezed, but it took me less then an hour to strip them all down and remove the pistons, all cleaned up and painted, just need to buy the service bits (seals etc etc) and the pad retaining springs/pins

bargain

Hi Richie,

The TTS website has been closed on its current Yahoo host in favour of a forum based website that I have someone working on. I don't know how long it will take as I am paying the bloke in bottles of Budweiser.

Watch this space

Does anyone know, or are any of the local lads, TV aerial fitters that may fancy a cash in hand guvvy job?

Need an aerial and it put up for digital/freeview and some new cables running from it.

Looking forward to seeing the new look TTS site, Martin.

you need to advertise this stuff on your website alyn

do you have new pistons?
3 of mine have pitted marks, although it looks like they are above the seal line, so should be ok?
i touched them in with KURUST
as long as there sealed up, i cant see them causeing a problem? would be good to know i had 3 new ones fitted just incase.

still need a seal kit, how much are they?

remap, filter, a whole host of things, the question is best answered when you know how deep your pockets are, or in my case, how deep there not lol.

Get yourself to the TTS meet, its on the 1st tuesday of every month. Keep an eye out in the Northern section, as ninnybobs (Martin) usualy posts a thread letting everyone know in good time. Starts at 7.30, and is at the Dunn Cow Inn at Bournmoor, not far from chester. generally about 20 to 30 cars there on a good night. get yourself along

Where in Durham you from, theres a few of the TTS lads in Consett

your brakes will be 4 pots, you have a number of options, you can play around with pads and discs to help with the fade, or if you are serious you can get a godspeed kit to widen and space out your 4 pot callipers so there new discs/bells and pad combo can increase your front brake size quite a bit

worth thinking about if you need new pads and discs

regards evolutions idea for a power increase
remaps are for girls
