chrisp,
only 1.6 bar, and on defis that is probably more like 1.4 bar!!!!
Bit pathetic don't you think?
I had to ditch my defis as the boost gauge doesn't read high enough!

It's a much more focused car and in the right hands a total weapon.
The flip side is it can take a bit of getting used to. I could jump in my old car and from day one be pretty quick in it but after getting the Type R I nearly crashed it every time I took it out at first. The lack of ABS combined with the DCCD (goodbye understeer) gave me a few moments but I'd never swap back now.

Hopefully have a few more ponies by the time the rolling road day comes around. Do we have a date yet?
BTW, thanks for not picking up on my comment about "and in the right hands a total weapon" and pointing out that the right hands are defo not mine.

After all, it's a very long time since I've started a thread to show off my car
For anyone in any doubt of Adams ability, look here - http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthread.php?t=369502
I wouldn't even try to compete with that effort.
All I do is "moderate" when I smell bullsh't on these power threads
