My wheels are FITTED!!!! Lets see if the air stays in them overnight. The fitter said the design of the wheel is bad because there is a lip where the valve sits that bend inwards which means the valves get squashed as they are tightened down.

If this fails, they can have them back for sure.

I think we're all confused Andy, I'm guessing she got the right valves from somewhere, and lets hope they're fitted right this time.....

I received 'decent' valves... however, there is a design fault with the wheels - I will explain with pictures at our January meet (if said wheels are still on car and not down PerformanceAlloys directors throat )

No, it was my Sons fault... I was just dropping him home and just as we approached his house he exclaimed... oh no, look at our lights! Of course, like a dutiful mother I did... grind... anyway, it's not that bad - literally just the very edge of the rim so can be polished out but Im not going to tempt fate - it can stay like that for all I care
