as for it not doing me any good - everything's relative. i never drink, smoke or eat bad food, and i get full blood levels including full lipid profiles every 3 months, which always come back normal. im aware of the risk and do what i can to minimize them.. but at the end of the day, i'm willing to take the risk. also be aware that i do plenty of research about what im doing, and have various contacts in medical fields.
i find it preferable to have long-term sports goals and take risks in achieving them than to take risks for something thats purely short-time self-indulgent such as getting drunk or eating a big pie.

I do weight training; I gave up smoking. I like a drink and I don't eat junk food often. There's just something a bit Frankensteinish and off-putting about using drugs to bulk up or strip fat.

i dont do competition, u used to be very muscley naturally but over a couple of yrs i gave in doing excercising and too much work and family commitments, i couldnt at all, i used to be 11 and a half stones, well i reached 16 stones, i hated it so much but u couldnt tell i was 16 stones coz my body is still muscley but it was spread all over the fat was, specially the belly area, i tried and tried to shift it i couldnt, its very hard.
some people tell u about all u need is will power etc , its easy to chuck eating chocolates, let me tell u, its b-o-l-l-o-c-k-s. i didnt want to eat chocolates but trust me, u feel like crying coz u cant stop eating choccies and cakes, its so hard, its an addiction, my body shakes and i get very weak if i dont eat chocolates.
i used to eat the same when i was young but never ever put on weight, but now its so easy to put it on, i tried all diets but half way through i used to give in and start junk food again, specially chocolates, i have a very bad sweet tooth.
so last week i started taking the legal version not the banned version, the safer ephedrine hcl , i lost 1 stone in a week, thats bad, that means i lost muscle too , which i didnt want too loose, i wanted to loose fat only.
so i have been recommended to use clen, its supposed to be better and cut u up and also make the ephedrine work harder without loosing mucles.
pls my aim is to loose 4 stones in a month along with training too, is it possible

i say just ask yourself before you're about to put some bad food in your mouth "which would i prefer, looking and feeling great permanently, or the 15 seconds of pleasure this food will bring?"

and yes, losing 14lbs in a week is probably 1-2lbs fat plus a bunch of water and muscle down the drain.

at 15 stone you want around 2000-2500 calories/day depending on metabolism to lose weight safely and effectively. the majority of those calories should come from clean sources such as oats and wholegrain rice for carbs, chicken and other lean meats for protein, and essential fatty acids for fats. you want to spread your calories out throughout the day, over several (5-8) meals.. taking in very small meals regularly is the best thing you can do.
you definitely dont want to be eating calorie-dense foods late at night, especially not curry.

it's all about your diet... trust me on this. clean it up and you'll be shocked at the results.

i will make a wee table up to see what i can eat and cannot, just that at work sometimes i cant be bothered eating home made meals, and just want a quick snack like chocolate or greggs

I dont know where you get the dedication, I trained solidly for 3 years, enjoyed and saw decent results it but kids came along and put paid to any kind of regine, kids are older now (so am I) and I do quite fancy getting back into it bu am worried that once I start I will be back to spending way too much time in the gym at the expense of other stuff, it becomes a craving where you are looking for the next opportunity and get ratty if you cant go, caused big rows with the missus, me leaving work at six, going to the gym and not getting home until 8, didnt see the kids so it had to stop.
Just going swimming at the moment, its amazing how even 3 times a week for half and hour you see and feel some benefit, think I will just step up the cardio and leave the weights.

i realize that this isnt reality for most people because of things like kids etc. but in your case, i would recommend not doing the gym at the expense of other stuff, but rather in addition. for instance, why not take your kids to the gym with you? try to get them into fitness too. the other alternative is to go to the gym when you wouldn't ordinarily be seeing your mrs/kids anyway, such as your lunch hour at work.

I lost 4 stones in SIX months and some people I hadn't seen for a while thought I had had some terrible disease. 2-4 lb a week should be the absolute maximum or your body will rebel. It will go into starvation protection mode. You'll have no energy, food cravings, you'll be depressed, it will be far more difficult to lose weight than by doing it sensibly and you will definitely lose muscle mass.
What is your hurry?

Mate, that would be insne beyond belief, three lads aged 5,7 and 9 in the gym, I would give them ten minutes before a compound fracture or crush injury occured !
They are pretty fit my lads, no fat on them, lots of swimming, wrestling each other, walk to school, all have bikes etc, the eldest insists on doing chin ups from the loft hatch and even though he only does a few you can see he is getting some shape but at that age they need to do some growing before they go near a gym for any kind of resistance work, they all know I do/did weights and the eldest remembers me being a bit different shape wise and keeps asking when he can do it.
And as for 4 stones in a month, saw off a limb each week for four weeks, should do it.
Anyway, you want to maintain but shift it from lard to muscle weight, I know it doesnt transform from one into the other but when I train I get heavier.

i find that i dont have to think about it at all, but now i pay someone to make all of those meals 8 times a day for me which helps. before that i used to make everything up in batch the night before. it used to be much harder when i was in school, as i couldnt afford most of that stuff, so had to live off oats, barley, beans, rice and cheap tuna... eating that in class. but you do what you need to.
its kinda like groundhog day, which isnt ideal for everyone, but thats why most people don't bodybuild. many of my friends who follow bodybuilding still get great results and aren't as obsessive.. obviously they're compromizing, but are happy to do so. for example they may eat 6 meals a day, 5 of them clean and then 1 meal of whatever they like... and they may only train 3 times a week... and spend the weekend eating whatever they like. sure, to get ripped and huge takes unbelievable effort, but you can still look pretty damn phenominal and walk around 10-20kg heavier than most people, but with visible abs and get laid any time you want by any hottie, with moderate work on your diet.

taking clen and eph at the same time is dangerous by anyone's standards. i run crazy amounts of drugs, but wouldn't even consider running clen and eph at the same time. sure, you'll probably be able to get into your favorite top, but you'll be in a hospital with heart problems and a failed liver.
stick to a diet and lose the weight slowly and effectively. 1-2lbs/week might not sound too great, but it all adds up, and after a month you'll be half a stone of PURE fat lighter (and trust me, half a stone of fat less looks WAY better than 2 stone of muscle gone).
