OK let me see if I can get my pics up. On Thursday just gone I managed to get my Scoob airborne clearing a hedgerow and barbed wire fence and landed in a field !

I was convinced I was going to die and when I got out was sure I couldn't have survived. Amazingly car was fairly unscathed !

it was one of those lucky to be alive never mind get out unscathed crashes,if it wasn't for the seatbelt tensioners and airbags it might have been a different story,suffered seat belt bruising and grazing and vision was blurry for a while and a bad neck,and even though we got out i nearly got finished off by the back wheel,my mate got out first on his hands and knees and when i got out i tried to get up and walk but i was staggering sideways instead of forward and the back wheel was still spinning fast,he was shouting to me 'watch the wheel! watch the wheel!' and when i finally looked round it was inches from my face.the guy who come out the big house nearby was more shocked than me,he was trying to imagine what speed we were going as there had been about four crashes there as the road goes up a bit and down then has a slant in it sideways that unsettles the car,all the cars had ended up in the ditch but we managed to clear the ditch and get through the wall at the top of the ditch into the field.

This was on a motorway and involved a truck it's supposed to be a wrx, the driver was cut out so the fire men only damaged the door, all the rest in the crash, the person was very lucky...

 

Mark6, my mate did that to his 306 diesel and then got a GTI6 just like yours with the payout
