What happened to the tradition of making sure your five year olds got it, so they wouldn't get it when adult?

Or was that measles / chicken pox?

I had Mumps when I was a kid and about 6-7 years ago as well.

Brendan, I think the old concern was to ensure that young girls got measles to avoid the thing in later pregnancy IIRC.
