I'd make the 6 speed box your next priority then get it up and running A genuine 400 bhp on a 2.5 has loads of torque and very little lag, it makes for an exceptionally quick car

Hi Andy, who insure this kind of spec and for how much (based on £600 present Prodrive STI UK 03 for me)

Conrad,

if your going to dig use a big shovel
I think you're using a VERY big shovel..............

Thats rich coming from you..... lol
You'll have to explain this one. I don't recall being derogatory about anyones knowledge, or abilities on a bbs.

Or, if you're referring to cheque book tuning, that's not really me either, although this is an area in which you excel......In fact, I'd go further.......

In THIS area...............

Sometimes it would be really nice to say exactly what I'd like to on a bbs, but as I represent Lateral, it would be inappropriate, and unprofessional.

Careful, someone might get the impression Pat is interested in something other than helping you get shot of your second hand parts

Yes my original gaskets failed. They were crap, and I abused them for good measure. No problems with the latest ones for about 3500-4000 miles now, early days I know, but they have been perfect so far.

Andy,

well, I thought I'd take out of your book, and see what I can bodge together. Seems to have worked for you

Besides, Conrad has managed to accumilate some really nice parts, all, at very reasonable prices
