Of course, they could always be a genuine BuzzerII, a person aspiring to the original guru.

Oh yeah, one used to come round our road ringing a bell. We always used to go out cos he had a horse drawn cart.... And no, I'm not that old. We had cars when I was kid, so it was a novelty.

Remember those triangular paper/card things they used to give away in comics etc. You would swing the triangle downward and the inside bit of paper would catch the air and pop out making a bang!

That's ironic. I lost my Nokia 9110 Communicator last week, after owning it for five years. Bought a cutesy SE T630 while I wait for the P910 to become available. My secretary was in stitches - "I can't believe you don't have a massive phone anymore!"

As for Humphrey - you want to reprint the stickers?? Voilà!

Things you don't see anymore - brake cables on bikes covered in those little plastic clips that were used to seal the bags on loaves of bread.

Drinks cans with ringpulls that came off completely. You could then break it in two and use the springy bit to fire the ring at your mates!

Then there was the other cheap cardboard thingy that came in comics which you stuck a penny to and wizzed round your head on a piece of string and it made a dreadful noise.

And whilst on dreadful noises there were those tubes that you also swung round to make a noise (nowadays more commonly used as the drain for your dishwaser).
