yeah knew they were your bikes seen that pic before, that place looks sweet would have loved a blast on my old pit bike there, but after ten years of moto cross a few knee op's i found my knees getting stiff and my right arm and shoulder figered 29 was bit young to feel like that so mountain bike only now oh well more spend on the garage and wagon (dont tell the missus)

you'd be disembowelled and nailed to a tree if I caught you with a motor bike of any description to be fair...one of the restrictions the land owner has imposed on us (fair enough too)

She's definitely a Version 5. All the right details are present and the VIN ties up too. From the Wiki: Version V (09/98-08/99) - GC8F.
Not too sure on the mod-front yet. She needs another 10-15mm off the ride height and probably gonna ditch the P1s and drop to 17s due to the Isle of Wight roads.

sti wagon arrival
finally got the car last wednesday, had all service work done on thursday inc walbro fuel pump and new maf sensor and was mapped by andy forrest on friday morning.
mapped to 315 hp/305 ft lbs could have had a bit more but i want the reliability and she goes well enough at that for now
really impressed with the handling and performance, body wise she is in good nick interior wise is fine but there was a few bits missing interior light, load cover, plugs on door cards and have these coming now, was valeted by a blind man so ones shes had a bit of tlc shes be cool.
will post some pics and more info when i get sorted next week
