Mapping was done by Paul Blamire of Zen Performance. I've had it on current setup for about 14 months and approx 15k miles. Car in total has done approx 84k

Had the car dynoed at powerstation. They only gave it one run but it made 333bhp and around 292lbft torque. It didnt achieve full boost on rollers like it does on the road.

what rpm does it make full boost at and what are you peaking at?
i'd have expected to see much higher figures with the spec you are running, did you speak to paul after the rr session?

A lot of the cars on the day seemed to be running lower than expected torque figures. On the rollers it only peaked to 1.4bar boost, but out on the road it peaks at 1.5bar and reaches full boost by 3.5k rpm.
I wasnt too concerned with the rolling road figures. Maybe it would have produced better if they gave it a 2nd run. On the day it actually made more power and torque than a car running a 20g turbo, so on that comparison it done well.
It could do with an electronic boost controller to maybe hold a bit more boost at the top end, which is my next planned mod.

very strange, well as the 18g is rated to over 370 i used the performance calculator from here; Car Stats - Calculator to work out some figures based on 215bhp (standard), 280bhp (de-cat and TEK3) and finally 360bhp (18g and appropriate ancilleries). All figures based on kerb weight of 1270kg as specified in SIDC faq.
