I really think I will have to subject myself to the rigorous training and become a member of the Wagon Squadron, I think a black wagon would look good in the formation

Maybe it will be a blessing in disguise (sp? had a couple of glasses of wine and now can't spell ) as you will have a better car in the end

Lindsay - the training is not too rigorous for the ladies - it is the men who find it hard.

Needs a De-Tango, but otherwise Nice. Nice chunky wheels too, its funny how the Wagon suits the Classic JDM 5 spoke but also the multispoke like FanFans

Thanks mate. Actually I did de-tangoed when I first got the car way back.

But nowadays I like it to keep it look like a more or less stock GF8 STI Version (because actually it's not ) I also love the old-school Speedlines having sort of a rally touch. BTW, I couldn't decide which colour to go, so have black on driver side and gold on the other side

Smiles - Make sure that you check the inside of the inlet manifold for any abrasive stuff left in from sandblasting your inlet manifold. A mate of mine caused £6.5k of damage to his P1 engine after not checking his properly (ok, admittably he didn't replace the internals with standard items after!)
The car started ok, ticked over fine, but as soon as he touched the loud pedal the abrasive came dislodged and went into the bores, going past the pistons and melting on the valve seats so they wouldn't seal. You have been warned!
I hope you are converting to parallel fuel rails or reversing the flow of them at least while the manifold is off?
Fitting manifold spacers also?

I like the old school look of those, kept the standard 5 spokes on mine at moment, may see if some of these or or Volks TE37's come up somewhere, after we got the engine done.
