Funny thing is, that's the first thing I thought when I read the post by Peanuts.

brilliant, scoobynet to the rescue!

I particularly like the favourite cd and bath robe ideas, coupled with a selection pack of boots pampering products for the tootsies.
cheers guys
(well, most of you )

Andy - you're so sweet!! Martine's a lucky lady... (well, appart from all the other stuff you do )

Not sure if there's one near you - but assuming she has aching feet try getting the foot crakly stuff from Virgin Vie... it's fantastic!!

Would also go along with the getting her favourite takeaway in as well, that way you can have it all set up whilst she's in the bath...and candles and bath's are the most relaxing thing in the world

(oh and make sure you print this thread off and put it in too, it'll give her a laugh if nothing else - well done Martine, can't wait to hear the stories!)

A freshly laundered set of bedclothes, and a clean house. Anything else would be nice, but after a long flight and a change of timezones or two, all I ever want is rest.

As it's Sunday night (and back at work on Monday morning?), why not book a restaurant for Monday night?

Get a copy of "Mt Everest for Beginners" just to show you're proud of her efforts!

Another vote for the moose's suggestion of a freshly changed bed. If she's been in a sleeping bag for a few nights, a clean, crisp duvet is bliss.
