Buy a Tony Robbins tape/CD course - that'll get you on the right track 
Also, read 'Think and Grow Rich' by Napoleon Hill.
I know it sounds stupid to advise buying motivational books and things, but I have found them very helpful. A lot of the time people are blocked more by their mental state than anything else. It's not hocus-pocus, honestly.
Again though, do whatever you need to do to help yourself.
