I have emailed these people, and will see what deal they can give us. The EL range is actually going to be approx £5 cheaper anyway, but until i got a set amount of people for each set i couldn't finalise the price.

Ok, got the prices down to £85 for the smoked, and £78 for the EL range, and you will get the naff pod . This is the price for 15 sets, so can everyone confirm they want these. Just to confirm, The three guages (Smoked series -Boost(psi), oil temp (c), oil presure) and new-age pod for 85?

 

Just a quick question. I orginally decided on the luminescent ones but I have noticed that a lot of you have picked the black ones. Now that I know the cost is slightly more can you tell me what advantage these have over the luminescent ones? (I might have to change my choice )

I originally picked the luminescent ones as I thought they would match my clock dials but know I am not so sure......

HELP, I am going mad!

 

The 3 gauges are £85, the pod supplied is a rubbish single din style thing that they include for free. I am going to try and arrange some decent newage pods next week, but these will be extra (probably around £60)

Hello HomerJunior. I think the advantage of the black ones is that they emit less light, therfore they would be less of a distraction at night.

I remember reading about one classic owner (classics had poor headlights as standard) complaining that his pillar mounted EL gauges were too bright and there was more light inside the car than outside. Just something to consider - maybe a search would throw up some EL reviews?
