actually, looking back at the original pic, does anyone notice the "tide" mark just south of the gusset? - probably caused by an over-sweaty flange mixed with non-stable dies used in the leotard...
..or am I looking too much into this????

I would suggest removal of the leotard to relieve the symptoms.UB
