Well actually ub sorry, but it doesn't work like that.

You're forgetting that internet software is my line of business (I'm surprised you forgot as you called it something like dull, boring, sad and not glamorous like your job I seem to remember ) so I know how this stuff works.

Basically with no page refreshes on the site it times out after 20/30 minutes (as otherwise everyone would show as being logged in forever wouldn't they? - there are 42854 user online ) so the only way you can show as being continually logged in is if you are actually surfing the site.

What's with the new sport of UncleBuck baiting, has it taken over from fox hunting already?

LOL!

Putting the theatrics to one side, history has shown us that the sort of explosive and vulgar approach to online discussions we have seen the last few days, whilst being admittedly amusing, are invariably short lived, come with a built in "best before" date and usually precede an inevitable username change, so I would advise the hangers-on not to get too attached to their new found curios!

tiggers: might I be so bold as to make the observation that your confidence appears to have grown on the sole basis of a virtual "bully's shoulder" to cower behind and is now bordering on the flamboyant. There is nothing worse than an opportunist, especially an undeserving one, and that goes for the rest of the fickle entourage!

Anyway, since we are declaring evidence of social existence outside scoobynet up front, I am off to Cornwall for the weekend, so play nicely!

ajm,

How funny you should mention the term 'virtual bully' - wonder what made you think of that? Could it be that you and your best pal ub are guilty of the same on occasion?

You will recall (particularly as you attempted to fan the flames on several occasions) that myself and your friend unclebuck had some major differences of opinion a few months back, in fact far more heated than anything that has been said recently so where does confidence and opportunism come into it?

True we had a lull, but it appears that it ended a couple of weeks ago now (me being labelled pathetic was the catalyst I recall).

The 'fickle entourage' comment is good - ajmspeak for a group of people that don't agree with you. Familiar sort of labelling process really. In your obviosuly twisted world (reference point being the cats/fish hangup you have) it seems to be fine for your 'chum' to dish out all sorts of aspersions etc., but when someone decides to question 'his lordship' you don't like it.

Anyway no doubt you will now use you BSc.(Hons) in Pedantry to post a dissection of the above which I look forward to with all the enthusiasm of Anne Widdecombe's husband on a promise.

Have a nice weekend,

tiggers.

I quite agree although that run of vulgar posts seem to have been going on now for a number of months and usually revolve around it being Tony Blairs fault, immigrants and Political Correctness.

Confidence on a Bullys shoulder? I recall you crying out with a statement UncleBuck for Parliment!! ant pant: Popeye demonstrated great talent and humour with his writing. We just all enjoyed it. Why does it bother you so?

The one thing that I have noticed about PSL, which he likes to tell us about too, is that he is as tight as a fish's tit!
