Perhaps a teenyweenie bit draconian but the law is an *** in some cases.

How / why on earth do we put up with a 'justice system' that is clearly more lenient on a criminal than an innocent taxpayer (no, criminals dont generally help with the tax burden a great deal!) - if a criminal is proven beyond reasonable doubt to have violated someones principal possessions - family, house, car, boat and the like - then should they be entitled to complain about the innocent tax payer's sudden emotional flare up? - ABSOLUTELY NOT!! - if a criminal breaks into your house at night you should be immune from any counter claims from the crim - & within your rights to take all reasonable emotional retaliation in the heat of the moment.
That is to say - I am not encouraging a vigilanti planned retaliation on the crims family (as effectively they did to the innocent.......) - simply that if someone breaks in, they must be treated as potentially life threatening these days. - The idiot judges would have you:
a) dress so as not to pffend the crim
b) provide medical assistance in the event the crim cut his little finger smashing your best crystal (be prepared to be sued eitherway for medical neglect)
c) councilling for any resulting trauma you may have caused by showing yourself (dressed or otherwise!)
d)answer all crim questions in a calm and unchallenging manner - eg - 'whers the bl**dy safe chummy?!'
d) direct crim to same, being careful not to offend him in any way
e) obviously compensate crim for any undue wear to his clothing in pursuance of his career on your property
f) then of course they will claim double time for antisocial hours if the combo is not forthcoming instantly
g) always the risk you could injure his fist with your jaw with regard to above - huge claim pending for that one - compensation for trauma, not being able to attend practice at the London Philharmonic for a fortnight etc.
h) - well I am sure you are getting the drift - feel free to add your own to this list peeps - start a new thread with this - titled 'CPS - Criminal Protection Service' - ?

Heres hoping to a happy ending......although I can't see the death penalty being re-instated unless we really DO become the 51st state of America !
Best wishes Darren

I am really sorry to hear about this and i hope you get some good news regarding the car.
I always take my keys to bed with me and i also have a spare alarm key fob so if someone did break in and demand the keys then they are going to have trouble getting far when i re-set alarm and put it in panic mode...

I'm sure you won't mind, but I've put a heads up post in Northern for the attention of Leeds Scoob owners (of which I am one) to keep an eye out for this. Let's hope someone will spot the *******.

Why has this car not been retrieved by the tracker? Fat lot of good that is! I $tupidly paid the lifetime subscription.
p.s. I work in Leeds so will keep my eyes peeled.

2 oz of semtex linked to a 2in diameter tube mounted under the seat..
insert 8in polished steel rod..
if the scumbags pinch the car the semtex deploys...
the screams should alert any bib to the scene!!!

There's devices out there to zap trackers in cars. If the tracker isn't working, then it can't be tracked.
Trackers are only good if stolen by numpties that don't know what they are doing.
