Wave off a silver wagon at Hough Lane Tyldesley. Wage off newage scoob in Knutsford. Miserable ****** in Knutsford near Tatton Park in a silver sport (sport drivers- not a clue) and several scoobs spotted at the CADS stand at the classic car rally in Tatton Park.

Been busy:- trying to keep up with tutsbird. No one off here though. Start driving during the day will you. We'll never spot each other otherwise.

If its the same one I'm thinking of, it's a GL isn't it? Different bumper and no grill?

I did a quick lap of Tyldesley on the way home, saw the blue one with the lexus lights, and I think Andy was outside his house (what do you look like Andy?) but no scoobs from here. Again.

2 silver ones today

1) coming from tescos, down Greenhough and turning into Scholes (big bloke in a yellow shirt)

2) Between Cherry Gardens and the hospital about half 7 tonight

I know it's not Leigh but didn't see any there Sunday night. Other than mine (well, his, but who's counting??).

Always visable from by-pass. I'm parked there a lot. Suppose the club is like a second home to us. If we are not at East we are at Leigh Miners in other meetings. Sometimes we split up-one at the miners and one at East. Car could be anywhere then.

Seen the same one knocking about I think, nice looking car, driver is about my age, don't know how he does it, insurance on the sport is steep enough.

My suspicious side says he doesn't bother, or its not in his name

if you read the previous few posts, i said the driver looks very young.
We all know how hard and how much it costs to insure a scoob, especially one that looks expensive. Nothing wrong with it being in someone else's name anyway, some companies even allow named drivers to build up no claims so

I know that in this area, its hard enough to find insurance on a UK N/A Sport, one company quoted in excess of £15,000. Even specalists were struggling to get lower than £3k. So how much is an import STi going to cost at my age? The driver is about the same age as me.

That, and I'm incredibly jealous, I had to follow him into Bolton the other week. I felt so inadequete

30 . Insurance fraud is serious.
I thought you were my age, or do I just look young.
I've just spotted a PINK scoob going towards Westleigh off the by-pass. Didn't do anything for me i'm afraid but each to their own. I wonder if the insurance is less on pink cars as I don't think any self-respecting thief around here would nick it.
As regards insurance Manchester postcodes seem to be much higher than the Lancashire postcodes even though we are much more respectable around here.
