Hi Neil,
Thought it was you. You went past me today at about 6:30pm, as I was down the side working under the bonnet on my Nissan March. I must say, your WRX sounds spectacular! It also looks the part. It looks similar to the dark blue my R32 is sprayed in.
I haven't spotted Zool recently. I'll have to keep a look out for him.
Cheers,
-Elliot

Hi Elliot,
Thought you where tinkering when I past. Had to pip the horn cos I only saw you at the last minute, although I do avoid doing that normally cos they don't half sound gay on a Scoob.
The car will look better after it has been washed. Did a thousand miles at weekend around Scotland, and it looks like a bug massacre at the front (not to mention the mess inside... ...the mess kids can make on a 5 hour run is unreal!)

Hi Neil,
lol, I didn't hear you pip the horn as the sound of your exhaust probably covered it up. I did get from under the bonnet though and saw you.
Next time you're passing and I'm working on it, pull up if you want and I'll show you the Skyline and March.
lol, kids do tend to make a mess in cars. I thought I saw a little girl in the back of your Scoob when you went past.
I've just fitted a GTi-R steering wheel to the March, with a set of GTi-R front seats coming soon.
Cheers,
-Elliot

Hi Zool,
Doing fine mate. I hope everyone else is.
I actually saw you today going past my house in Atherton at about 3:00pm.
I'll ask around regarding the Daihatsu.
Cheers,

Sorry to bring up an old post, but I'm new on here and just had a quick earch around the site to see if anyone lives near me.
I live just south Tyldesley off Princess Ave and I've seen quite a few Scoodbs about, I always give a wave but don't always get a response. Perhaps it's because I drive a Bugeye WRX and I'm not worthy
Keep a look out for me it's an 03 plate, totally standard... not had chance to start blinging it up yet

Hi folks, I've been living in this neck of the woods (Atherton) for the past few months on a long term temporary contract job. I've seen quite a few Impreza's going past my house on Leigh road (I always have to look out the window, when I hear them). I have a black classic with my (SIDC) username on the two rear passenger windows.
I'm a few hundred miles from home and I don't know anyone here, and I don't know the area very well either. A local meet would be a good starting point to meet people, is there any planned? If not then how about a pub/grub meet sometime in the very near future?

Blimey, loads of locals.
I'm in Astley, no scooby yet, but I'm on the lookout for a sport.
Avi lives round here too, drives a Civic Type R now though, because he's a big girl and can't handle scoobies.
Also a white STi 4 (I think..) owns the sunbed place just over the road. Don't think he's on here though. Used to be another white one on Manchester road near the Texaco, but I think he's sold it now. Can't think of any more.
If you see a grey clio flash you, flash back though

Hi guys,
Nice to see an old topic revived!
I live in Atherton, and own the black/silver JDM Nissan March with the white Enkei's.... a blue Skyline R32 GTS, and a green JDM 1992 Celica GTR ST183 (Just bought).
I've seen quite a few new one's around recently. Has anybody seen that grey Type R with some girl driving it? Think it's got a private plate... and has lexarse rear lights.
Bladerider... I think I have seen your car before. I live in Atherton... and see a black Classic, with blue side lights on my way to work in a morning in my Nissan March, usually at about 7:35-7:40am.

R34_GT-t,
Yes, that'll be me at that time in the morning on the way to work. I use the m/bike whenever the weather forcast looks favourable though.
My sidelights are actually a pure white LED. They only appear blue next to a halogen headlight.

Hi chaps,
Sorry for the late reply, as I've been away as of late.
jaytc2003, yeah... lol, I can't get enough of the cars. The grey Type R is a nice looking one... but she's recently put the lexus style rear lights on, and I don't like them.
Bladerider, I thought it would have been you when you posted up the description of your car. You wouldn't have seen me at that time of morning recently, as I've been off work.... but I'm back at work this Monday, so you'll probably spot me.
Nice car by the way.

yeah seen the blue classic with the red mudflaps myself a few times within the last few days, interesting that one as it doesnt have a bonnet scoop. I wonder if it is just a sport or something as the driver only looks young as well.
There is a dark blue classic with gold stickers as well that is parked up of princess avenue near the top of the hill, not seen the driver though.

The blue one with the red mudflaps it just a Sport I think. I've seen him giving it a bit of welly before, and it doesn't seem to have much go compared to your normal Turbo.
I've seen the dark blue one with the gold stickers knocking around. It's a nice looking car.
