R34_GT-t, What time, roughly?
I passed by the roundabout on my way home from work at around 3:30pm but I didn't see anybody flashing.

andy10, not me mate. I'm never at that part of town.

 

Bladerider, is your's the black classic with the blue sidelights... and white stickers? If so, I think it was you at the roundabout at Tesco.... and I think it would have been around 3:30pm.

I was turning left coming from Tesco at the roundabout in my Celica. I did flash the headlights... but they have the reactions of a slug as they are pop-up, lol.

Could very well have been me at that time last night. Wow been spotted twice now in a week.
What was you in Andi as I dont remember seeing anyone else. (mind you my mind was on the chicken and chips waiting for me at home!)

If you'd have said loud without the waggon bit, I'd put it down to jaytc. Not seen that one around these parts before.

I drive Classic wagon that is kind of loud, and would have been around there at that time taking my boy home form swimming at Tyldesley. Mines Dark Blue (under all the salt grime) though.

 

Possibly was dark blue and defo a classic

jaytc must have been spotted tonight 6.30ish going down Astley Street. As you went down a silver classic came up the brew. You probably passed each other near the rugby union club

A minute later a dark grey classic was seen on elliot street going towards the baths followed by a blue sti two minutes later.

Have I missed a new Tyldesley meet.

 

where's Astley street? I went to Tesco's around that time, didn't pass the rugby club though.
Seen a few grey classics recently, one the other day at the texaco garage looked nice

 

Astley Street is the top bit of Princess Ave, the hill into Tyldesley.

Jay was it you who nipped off Astley Street down Upper George Street (sidestreet on the left just before the top) just now? (About 5:10-15)

Also let on to a dark P reg classic, owner just looked at me blankly, no wonder, I was in the Clio

It is a grey clio, but I was coming down the other way, just turned onto Astley Street and caught a glimpse and heard you turn off. Sounds great

I believe I spotted Andy yesterday in Atherton when I was driving towards you? Thanks for the nod.

I flashed another GT4 the other day... and all as I got back was a blank stare. Saying that the Skyline that I flashed in Leigh did the same, lol.

Blue 06 STi outside Costcutter in Astley. About 8pm tonight..

Was at my sisters at about that time on Leigh Road and heard someone go past, maybe it was the same one..

I was filling up with Optimax at the shell garage on Hunger Hill- Bolton... and there was a new 05 shape WRX with yellow decals, and a blue P1 amongst others. They both boosted it back up the hill... and I beeped my horn when I drove past them on the bypass, as they were pulled up with another 2 scoobs.

Saying that, I did see about another 4 driving towards me on different occassions... so was there a Jap car meet on somewhere? There was also an R33 GTR pulled up in the shell garage.

Later on in the day, I came across another Blue R33 GTR in Bolton... and had a little play with it on the motorway. Needless to say my little Celica was nowhere near the power of the RB26DETT, lol!

Did anybody else notice an influx of Jap cars on saturday?

Andy10 spotted this evening at half 8 on foot with a goodie bag. No doubt keeping one of the local takeaways in business!!

 

Keep them all in business around Tyldesley. This time it was cat litter in the bag though. I've not tried that yet. Could look a bit like rice though in the right kind of light.
