Don't be so negative!!
It is entirely possible that you might not end up in the tyres!!
Phil, I would say a bbq is almost a definite matey. I can't be arsed to spend £5 on a crappy burger from a van when I can make my own!!

guys & girls
Spoke to Chris G yesterday who won't be arranging tickets this year due to ending up out of pocket last year - which is fair enough. All you need to do is print of the paddock parking form off the website and specify SIDC as your club
See you all there!

Printed mine off this afternoon and sent it off
One intersting point is that I spoke to one of the guys from RallyDay this morning and he informed me that both McRae's... Alister and Colin are going to be there this year and suggested not to leave ordering to long as they are expecting a heavy demand on the paddock passes !!!
So pull your fingers out
Simon

Sounds good mate, you've got the white Evo 6 RSX yeh?? the ap 6 pots are wicked mate. You getting 4pots for the back to because the car will become mega unsettled otherwise?
Yeh im toying with the idea of getting a Power fc ECU (d-jetro version), apexi boost controller , fuel pump, feul reg, ARP bolt kit (Head and rods) just for safety and mapped by Simon Norris or the Dentist. Havent made up my mind yet on that front but the car should be good for 360bhp easy. If i want to go further then a Evo400 BB turbo conversion/elbow, cams, rods, pistons.etc etc etc etc
The list goes on as you know. I could spend so much money on my car but that would be stupid, so i think i will up the power/torque abit and sort the brakes and handling out and that will do me untill i build my Evo race-car.

So what evo did you go in last time then mate, spec?? It probably had a standard clutch on it. Aint much good. Ive got a paddle so its nice and noisey/juddery when pulling off but can handle launches + about 450bhp. You still aint driving it though
I will take ya out in it mate no worries, but i wont be doing any track time this rallyday at the castle C , just chatting to other members/peeps.
Cant wait, its gonna be great.
Cheers

There will probably be a cruise down. Although more will emerge on this later on I suspect!
Scrap, it was an evo 8, FQ300MR mate. JDM import. Nice and quick but it didn't have the same "atmosphere" about it, know what I mean?? Just didn't feel like it had a personality. Still, it was fun, for a while!!

Mines got atmosphere mate, 'its YELLOW!!!' LOL!!!
The JDM dont do the FQ range thought mate, thats reserved for us Brits, so the one you drove was classed as a 276bhp but nearer the 300bhp mark as the japs are conservative when it comes to their output + they have a gentlemans agreement on power - 280bhp

Nothing wrong with a forester sam mate. I remember when i had a courtesy car forester once so me and a mate took it to newport and burned off all the boy racers in their maxed out motors, funny as hell watching them disapper in their paxo's. besides it got a giant sunroof and is great for hanging out of whilst someone else drives. :
