Still feel crap - had 3.5 hours sleep last night (had to pick folks up from Gatwick and flight was delayed didn't get to bed until half four!) and I've had to spend a day at Cisco near Heathrow getting bored feckless!!!

I'm not going to make it tonight, I'm afraid. Got a minging cold and want to try and make sure I've the best chance of being better cos we'll be at the Festival of Speed for the next two days.

 

Sorry all, as above Iain has a stinking cold, and I'm still pretty shattered from a hectic week so I doubt I'll make it.

Will DEFO be at Julys, and I think since the weather is pretty crap today the BBQ idea coud be a go-er again for next time and fingers crossed much better weather?

 

I have to be in London nice and early tomorrow morning so I am going to drop out as I need my sleep.

As for the BBQ, well that might be a tough one. The pub ordered in the food especially for tonight, so those dropping out will be causing them a headache and an unnecessary expense which they might not want to repeat. Anybody care to phone them up and explain the drop in numbers and how their (not the pubs) idea of a BBQ is no longer required?

No, I guess not.

Well, those of us who turned up had a good meal and a natter - for some reason there were fewer there than I expected, can't think why?
