well well well. They might've been happier to deal in cash if it hadn't been mentioned on the 'net.
People from Inland revenue and Customs and Excise drive scoobys too.

With regard to your request we can supply 20 units at £330 inclusive of VAT with 12 months free subscription or £300 inclusive of VAT with 6 months free subscription. Obviously, I would need the names of your employees before we supply as we will need to activate the units upon registration.

Justifications for info to save you working it out:
For £300 option:
Base price £300 (incl 6 mths) = 6 months use = £300 total = £50 per month
Base price £300 (incl 6 mths) + 12 months subs @ £49 = 18 months use = £349 total = £19.39 per month
Base price £300 (incl 6 mths) + 24 months subs @ £79 = 30 months use = £379 total = £12.63 per month
Base price £300 (incl 6mths) + 36 months subs @ £99 = 42 months use = £399 total = £9.50 per month
For £330 option:
Base price £330 (incl 12 mths) = 12 months use = £330 total = £27.50 per month
Base price £330 (incl 12 mths) + 12 months subs @ £49 = 24 months use = £379 total = £15.79 per month
Base price £330 (incl 12 mths) + 24 months subs @ £79 = 36 months use = £409 total = £11.36 per month
Base price £330 (incl 12 mths) +36 months subs @ £99 = 48 months use = £429 total = £8.93 per month
All these don't include p&p or take into account any deals you might get on subs. You could also take one yearly subs out each year but this would work out even more expensive... They don't stop working after your subs are up, you just can't update them so you're working on old info in your unit's database
You pay's your money and takes your chance...
I had my RA Classic for the year's included subs then took out the lifetime subs
I've had it two years and this g/b comes out - how's that for a money loser
unless my old man pays me something towards the classic

I'm still working out a break even point so bear with me - it's brew time

Ownership & Update time / £300 option / £330 option
6 months / £300 / £305.50
12 months / £324.50 / £330
18 months / £349 / £354.50
24 months / £364 / £379
30 months / £379 / £394
36 months / £389 / £409
42 months / £399 / £419
48 months / £409 / £429
I started working this out pro-rata based on 6 monthly intervals (figures in green) but it doesn't work as they aren't physically available on the two schemes - you have to buy the next higher subs to cover the time period of, say 36 months on the £300 option = £399 which covers you for 42 months...
Still following this?
Therefore, I've converted the above to equivalent costs per month (effectively depreciation?) assuming you take out the next higher sub where applicable
Time / £300 option / £330 option
6 months / £50 / £55
12 months / £29.08 / £27.50
18 months / £19.38 / £21.06
24 months / £15.79 / £15.79
30 months / £12.63 / £13.63
36 months / £11.08 / £11.36
42 months / £9.50 / £10.21
48 months / no rates / £8.94
It's not looking good for the £330 option but I'm open to suggestions over the maths

scoobyboy - thanks if you can see if it's poss and the rest of the peeps agree - now that I've just worked out the sums

it might get us some bargaining power but without wanting to tread on people's toes...

Great news
Im in for this GB defo !!
Not sure what is meant by all these figures/options ?
In basic terms to me both options are good: £300 + 6 mnths subs or £330 + 12 mnths subs...have i got that right or not ? surely the £330 option is best deal ? Yes or No ??
What is everyone else going for ?
Well done again BlkKnight + Apple for info

Same here ! Dont mind who organises,£300 sounds good to me ! as long as all legit and theres no probs with subscriptions and registration.
Keep this thread updated with final outcome/ordering + price.
