Brendan to make the big pictures smaller in kb amount to email them save them as a different file type. They are probably .bmp files which are huge, try and do a save as and change the file type to .jpg/jpeg and then they will still be the same size to look at but but be much smaller in terms of file size
I love looking at boats. Stayed in Monaco as a kid and used to love walking round the harbour looking at the massive boats. Went to this years London boat show and saw some lovely boats with lovely price tags to boot Couldn't believe how cheap some of the tasty speed boats were though, you could get a really nice fast looking one for the price of a new scoob

Anyway, Chris says he got the first OK, so I've sent him the rest and he can resize as appropriate.
I'm a bit allergic to boats as I don't have a great disposable income (certain persons may snort at this), I don't even want to buy another 20k car as "I can't afford it", but at one point when our office was going to relocate to the far end of Lisbon by the river, I was only half-joking when considering a jetboat for commuting. MMmmm...

2mg jpegs? they must be about 18 foot wide!
I'd never have a boat as i'd never use it, but I like admiring the styles and variations of such a luxurious accessory. Had a quick peek in a couple at the boat show and the interiors were outrageous!
I also remember being on holiday in Portugal and watching the enormous oil tankers off the coast and that they took several miles to stop Pulling one of those into a dock must be fun

Thanks for all that Chris
As said, sorry about the crap quality, it’s a disposable camera with bright sun overhead. I’d love a side-on shot of each boat, but there’s only 10m width of quayside and then high buildings, so the only way I’d get a side profile is by renting a boat and going round the other side, and that’s going too far! These select few give you some ideas though.
Some notes…
Chris’ posts 39-41 – Pelorus.
Post 42 – Back diving platform on Le Grand Bleu – check out the shower!
Post 43 – nice little schooner on board LGB – see the two guys underneath it?! And as I mentioned, behind that (it looks like part of the schooner, but it’s not) you can see the top cabin of the Sunseeker that is mounted on the other side
Post 44 – LGB with Pelorus behind.
Post 45 – Pelorus. You can just about see the line of Mercs on the far right.
NickAdams, and Patt@firstime - are you sitting comfortably? BOTH of them belong to Abramovich, not just the one!!!
Am told there was an article about them in the Portuguese version of The Times, yesterday – just hunting it down now.

I saw Tatoosh when I was sailing around the BVI a few years ago.
We saw the helicopter taking off and landing - the pilot must be very good to be able to land on that tiny deck.
We also saw some passengers disembark to go to shore. The crew had to crane a motor boat off the front, another off the starboard side and get the tender out of the dock in the back. The passengers and their kids stayed ashore on the beach for all of about 20 minutes. Hardly seemed worth all the hassle.

In case anyone missed it from page 1, Mirabella V is a lovely boat. Find out more about it from Vosper Thorneycroft.
