You and your gutter mind

Don't know whether you're infering to my usage of the aformentioned tools, or the fact that I used the plural to describe them Andy's a big guy, but I doubt he has more than one

See, the bloody thing breaks even when I'm not there. Can't blame this one on me. You mention going for a weekday drive, and the car thinks 'Buggered if I'm gonna have me @rse thrashed off racing that bl00dy Evo again, take this....POP' You shouldn't have let on to it. Temperamental things theses Tractor....er, Subaru's

Get it sorted, then we'll go for a blarst in 't Dales

Glad you had a good gathering at the meet , will hopefully be able to make the next one, but my contract is pretty tight at the moment.

CB , thought I'd shown you the DIY colour coding before, if not I'll let you have a peek next time.

so.. what the hell do I do with this forum ???

keep the new

bring back the old, with the old posts and post count

or forget it, and bin it altogether ??

was anything decided on the name etc last week ??

never got to know what happened to the Evo Sticky, hope its not too drastic, c'mon , spill the beans

Phil, All.

It appears I'll have to make an executive decision.

No votes, but the general consensus over the past few weeks was to keep the club name 'as is'. For the time being anyway..

Kev brought along his 'Performance Car Club' items which were superb. There is potentially some expansion into this area as Kev owns the name and web site, so if we feel the need to expand then that is the way to go. Sticky didn't get to see the 8' Vinyl banner, but I'm sure he can come up with something if we want a banner for future meets at the bridge or when visitng other meets (NBO etc.)

However, the majority feel that the club is doing well and has a good core membership that is slowly expanding by attracting members who share our particular philosophy and enjoyment. The idea of a car park full of members who interacted little and split into various groups was not something that appealed.

More importantly, it was felt that the people made the club, not the name.

So, we will stay the WYIOC. For now.

OK... Unless there are any strong views to the contrary, I will pass this as carried.

As for the forum: The look and feel to the new forum is good. It is also a lot faster. Can you change the name back to the old one and still use the new forum, minus a few of the 'gimicks'? (I've posted comments on these already). More comments are needed...

I or dave will post the next meet details soon....

Question

Which WYIOCer was it that had damage to the lower half of their centre console on a new age & was looking for a new one? Maddy, Madgrip or Apple IIRC? Anyway, there's one for sale in Manchester. I've taken the liberty of e-mailing the guy selling & he reckons it's Mint condition.

Steve, if he has the upper half of the centre console (vents and cup holder) I'll have it. As you know, mine has a cig burn on one of the vents.

Cheers, Dave.

Unfortunately, it's just the lower bit, I'm keeping eyes peeled for you at all times though!

I knew someone would pick up on that - guess who?

I was originally going to put "motion passed" but thought it would attract the wrong type...
