I am delighted you are unable to counter my posts in any other way but to recess to the level of a child and copy/paste it back at me verbatim. What a pitiful end for the self professed "king"!

Cool

My turn ajm

Ah, SomeDOOD enters the fray. Bully? I think you have trouble reading if not understanding the English language. Perhaps you should stick to French. IPTC, also now known as IPTU, but then you haven’t a clue what I’m talking about, have you? I guess putting a smiley after demonstrating your ignorance makes you feel better though, how very amusing.

As I’m on holiday today I think I’ll take some pictures of my ‘new toy’. As a discerning photographer I should get some nice shots of it racing round the beautiful Scottish countryside. Just as well I always invest in top-range reproductive equipment: a Beseler 45mx enlarger; a Kindermann film dryer; a mechanised Kodak tray rocker. I only use top Ilford-brand laboratory chemicals. I only print on Galleria bromide paper (the paper of choice of all leading photographers). And like most serious photographers, I favour top-grade monochrome films: Kodak Tri-X and Ilford HP4.

I’m not sure which camera I’ll use though, when you have a collection valued at over £50,000, you can afford to make choices. Not for me the cheap digital favoured by chavs, lying at the back of some dusty low rent cupboard. Perhaps I’ll use one of my rare museum pieces (Pentax Spotmatic, original Eastman Kodak box camera or first edition Kodak Retina). No I think possibly my working gear for these particulal shots, my original SpeedGraphic for gritty realistism, my Leica M9 (with £5000 Leica Sumicaron lens), my Leicaflex, Hasselblad 500 CM. But no, I think I will use my solid cherrywood DeoDorf that I use for very special automotive work.

The picture of my new Noddy car will be posted soon as proof of this, suckers.

superb competition.

If I get some spare time and can be arsed I'll have a go later

Jye's was a good attempt but personally I think ajm's was close to perfection. Could they really be one and the same?

Doubtless nackers will cast disdain but hey thats all part of the known mentality of a troll:

people who are psychologically disturbed, and seek to feel good by making other list members feel bad, whose deception involves deceiving themselves as well as others

Can i just ask...

At what point does the thread conclude? Is *anyone* prepared NOT to be the last person to comment on it? Will it take a (what's looking like inevitable) Mod-locking to accomplish this??

LOL! Very good Jye! It is becoming evident that between us we are more than capable of filling NACRO's niche, which I guess proves him to be somewhat surplus to requirement, not that he ever was required of course!

At the moment there is no motive to close it. It is a proving a useful tool with which to gradually exsanguinate a rabidly withering NACRO!

Exsanguinate - nice word! Possibly its debut on SN!

Still trying to work out whether rabidly was intentional though..!!

Ok, my turn:

"Now that I am the undisputed KING of all I survey and you, ajm, jye and suck are my bitches to do with what I will, I propose to naked mud wrestle each one of you, before spanking you silly. Then, once we have bonded properly as real men together we can – to paraphrase Blackadder (again) “don our comedy breasts” and drink our fill of the finest champagne before retiring cheeks aglow to bed. Here, I propose to ********** enthusiastically all over my newly found partners (purely to reduce the chances of contracting testicular cancer of course )"

Or perhaps you are afraid? After all I'm more man than any of you sad saps can ever become.

The KING has spoken.

most excellent.

The standard of entry is very high. Nackers himself will have trouble competing at this rate. Love that photo though. Was that taken whilst sparring down the gym?

LOL! Look how "upset" we all are, and how much we have "our knickers in a twist" as we enjoy a good old laugh at NACRO's expense!

I feel this thread has run its course so there should be one more post from each contributor (if they can be RS'd) and have their last word. For me its got a bit boring so I'm off to polish my gold wheels.

NACRO you are a prize

Not especially, but if you knew anything at all about photography you simply wouldn't have got the spelling that wrong. Far from out-NACROing NACRO, you're kind of making his point for him, which is a pity.

In that case, you did a truly brilliant job of demonstrating your lack of knowledge. Sorry if I missed the irony, but it just came across as someone doing a hamfisted job of lampooning an Alan Clark-esque persona. Unless I've missed something, NACRO doesn't make obvious typographical or factual errors, so your attempt to post in the same vein seemed to demonstrate the very things he's been saying about you for the last 20+ pages.

NACRO may be an ****, but at least appears intelligible and articulate; he may be a hod-carrier from Kelvedon for all I know or care, but you can't fault his attention to detail.

OK moose, whatever. I will happily bow to your superior knowledge on all things photography and NACRO related, but to coin a phrase, I don’t really give a toss

Admittedly I was last there in 1987, but I don't recall it being all that. May be doing the place a massive disservice though, so in the spirit of the thread, I'll bow to your knowledge on this one.

Bull moose are stubborn loners and are indigenous to North America. A moose resident in Europe should technically be called an elk, although they are still stubborn loners!
