Simon,

will these defo fit a MY01 WRX. Reason for asking is that I had a set on my old MY96 which were east to fit (5-10 min job). When I tried to transfer to my new car I couldn't get the accelerator pedal to fit. Was impossible to get the pin through at the back. (my classic had a plastic accelerator which was quite thin, the MY01 has metal pedal with the black rubber "spots" which was thicker and hence the STI pedal wouldn't fit over the top). Ended up selling them

The foot rest, clutch and brake all fit fine (pedals just slide off)but I couldn't work out how to get the accelerator pedal off.

Is it necessary to remove the accelarator pedal? There was no way the STI one would fit and I used a fair amount of force to try and get the pin through the back.

Sorry to be so long winded, hoping you can clarify as I deffo want to join the group buy
