PS do the logins for wyioc.co.uk work on wyioc.com as I can log into the .co.uk site bot not the .com - do I need to register on that one as well? [you can tell I'm not keeping up with these things ]

Apple, my mate at work has been having all his old slides put on CD at the photo centre in Asda. 8 quid for 100 IIRC and the quality is v.good. I'll check the pics out in the am, as work PC won't link.
I believe the logins are separate, but if you used the same ID and password then they'll be the same, if you get that
Gary, don't forget, 20% off at Halfrauds Ask if they'll do a bit more if we buy ours together

I had very good reason mate, I had to be up at 5 for work. Guess what! Laid in, only by 3 hours.... Woke up at 7:46am should be at work in Stoke for 8. Needless to say I was outta the door double quick! So, the 012+ speed was a waste of time in the end. Funny, I could see your lights in the distance behind me for a while, but there was no catching up going on
Well, look at this, busy day at work (when I got there) meant that i've missed all this... So, ditto everyone else, nice one Al for organising a mega evening' entertainment. Also, a big thank you and well done on cracking pictures from Andy. Can't wait to see the others when developed!
See you all again soon, ScoobyShootout I believe..
Cheers
Simon + Dan (Cocky brother who put a faster lap in than me... )

Just seen the pics. Well done Andy. Given the gloomy lighting they've come out really well, no wonder you went through so many batteries in the flash.
Top night, when shall we do it again ?

Top pics, can't believe you only shot a roll and a half, there were flashes going off all night!
What's CB doing with his right hand in the last but one pic?
Dazza, even with the trophy on your head you're still only 5' nowt
(Ta for Friday night BTW, nice chat, be going again, no doubt)
(I've bolted THAT fan between the intercooler and the turbo on t'Evo, reckon it's gonna be good for another 60/70 HP )
The missus is a bit peeved that I did this Thurs, went out without her Fri and have been paintballing (OUCH!!!) today, so I've gotta show her some TLC for a couple of days.
But when that's over...
Who's up for...
A WYIOC Minimoto event? Dazza and myself were having a chat about it on Friday. It could either be an informal 2/3/4 of us turning out for a session on the free-ride nights, or we could do as the karting and organise a proper evening. I realise that it's bikes not cars, so some of you may well not be interested, so perhaps best to keep it informal for the moment, but if there's enough interest then an official evening shouldn't be too difficult to organise.
and...
Paintballing. It's muddy, knackering and VERY painful when you get hit (especially point blank, cheers Glen) but a total scream. Takes up most of a Saturday, but is fun, fun, fun, in a painful kinda way. I'll leave this one open for discussion.
Perhaps the Events Secretary would like to make a comment on the above

Andy,
Minimoto sounds a larf, and I'm up for paintballing, luv it. We've also gotta do the Teeside Karting. Only prob I've got is that everyone needs to do it on a W/E, and I work. Already got time booked for Rallydrive 1 & 2, NBO and a wedding and would like to save some for a proper holiday. I'll obviously fulfill my duties on the organisation even if I can't make it though.

Andy - yup, paintballing, excellent. Not sure about minimoto, even though I'm an MTB nut. Would give it a go though....
Any thoughts on quads or the like?
Cheers, HB.

Can I have a minimoto on each foot - I might fit then
Andy, I was trying to use digital and film - both with flash so that's why it was going off most of the time - I had to let the film flash batteries "come again" a few times
Dave, I'm also surprised how well they've come out but I was giving 2 stops extra on the flash to take them - the ones I took without the flash compensation are dingy to say the least. This is probably how the 35mm ones will come out as you've no way of telling...

This is what you get leaving the camera to it:
and this is what you get with a basic tweak of the levels:
I like the way that the red-eye has shown up and given most people the droid look - it's effective in certain piccies for the "win at all costs" look...
(I can turn on the redeye reduction but as it's 2 flashes so useless for you going round the track)

Full sized, tweaked or untweaked originals available if anybody's interested - give me a PM or mail and hopefully my spam filter won't junk it

The Yorkshire Paintball Centre do a Paintball / Quad combined day (I think that means half of one, half of the other, although the idea of riding round on a quad and popping shots off at Dazza has an endearing appeal

count me in for paintballing , done it a few times before.
fun but painful especially when they put the pro's against you with ultra powerful guns of their own. pick you off at twice the range and four times the rate.
quad on same day sounds excellent!
Dave called in this morning , no manager but am speaking to him tuesday will keep you posted.

Paintballing sounds good
A mate of mine told me he went paint balling at "Robin Hood". He said that apart from the 2 teams who had ordinary guns shooting each other, there was a guy dressed up like predator (from the film) who wasnt on anyones side and had a rapid fire gun, and shot anything that moved
I'm up for some of that
