How Strange?!
I did'nt order until late March, so probably got a bit to go yet. I was figuring if IM are shipping these in batches of 125, ie 1-125 Apr/May
126-250 May/Jun, 256-375 Jun/Jul, 376-500 Jul/Aug. Fits in with the dealer dates for delivery. Mine will no doubt be Aug, ain't that bothered I waited 13 months for delivery on a TVR a few years ago, so this a walk in the park.

Brian ... I got told yesterday that Subaru are releasing my car on Friday this week. So I should be received my pack on Friday and the car ... finally ... the week after.

Apparently there is no order with the car number allocation.

It really seems to be a lottery with Subaru.Ordered mine last week .Nipped in and struck lucky with a cancelled order.Told I should get it by June, so that cut out a few months of sleepless nights dreamin about it by the sound of things,if it turns up in June that is.Was on a reserve list at another dealers but he still could not tell me if i was even going to get one so jumped at the chance of the cancelled order.(Dont ask me who the nutter was who cancelled!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Oh that's terrible, did the exact same thing on my WRX and that got me down. Can't bear to think about it on the new car. I'm in scooby heaven, just struggling with the running in.

Arggghhh!! Did I make a ***** up then. I ordered from my local dealer here in Colchester on 15th January. I was gonna order from Wilsons as well as that was where I got my original motor from and was always impressed with their service.

Oh well, you can't win them all

don't feel bad about that WR1, Wilsons had a number of orders and they have only had 2 so far come in. I think theres a bit of luck in the allocations.

A little birdie tells me that Wilson's are only getting 3 cars, despite an overflowing list of potential owners.

Allegedly

I'm still waiting for mine also, and it had better hurry up. I've been driving the wife's Ka for so long I'm starting to think it's quick.

Nah, I don't really. I'm perfectly happy driving around in my Classic until the WR1 eventually turns up. I'm glad I didn't do what the guy said and sell my car privately. I know I would probably have got a bit more for it but the wait for another Scooby would have done me in
