Many thanks to Mr RS2000 for the spanners for my noise abatement contribution - shame the STi ended up sounding as pants as an Elise or 911
on its std backbox . Also hope you've got all the feathers out of your headlamp by now m8!

I still can't believe I got through the static noise test with my Westy
Had to dip the clutch when passing the 2 dB meters out on circuit, also had to short shift and take a bizarre line out of the chicane by the final meter
Had a great day for my first track outing in the car, many thanks to Mike Wild for showing me the lines - which I promptly forgot
Apologies to the passenger that I took into (and out of) the gravel at Lavant
The only other major scare was the gearstick coming off in my hand when downshifting into Madgwick
