You'll have to sign a compromise agreement, and, tempting as it might be to in any way talk about this in a public arena, it's just not worth it. Even by naming the company you'd probably break the agreement, and they could then seek redress.
Mind you, if, a new poster turned up and stated that they'd just heard of somone who'd left Company X, and that they wondered what had happened to said employee, well, that would be in no way connected, I'd have thought.
