I'm after the 325mm kit Ian, grooved only discs as I want to do some trackdays, do you normally put 6 grooves on the discs? My car is a 2001 SEAT Leon Cupra 1.8T.

Please confirm the size of the kit you want and what type of discs -

Grooved & drilled or just grooved (as recommended for track use)

Still to decide.
2. vinnieWRX 335mm Need type?
4. silverstrike Need size & type ?
6. scooby-jay 325mm Need type?
7. Big Sky WRX 308mm Need type?

Ready & waiting to roll.
1. Keigo 325mm Grooved only
2. FLAT ERIC 335mm Grooved & drilled
3. Boarder1 308mm Grooved only
4. Scoobypete 308mm Grooved only
5. big sinky 335mm Grooved only
6. RobDon 325mm Grooved only

Scoobypete regards payment Ian says "We dont take any cards at all , we can accept credit card cheques which you usually have on the bottom of your statements , we also accept payment by personal or business cheques , bank transfer or paying it in at your local bank , let me know how you want to pay and we can give you the necessary details.

Anyone can still use a credit card to help your buget by making a cash withdrawal with it from a cash dispenser machine with a PIN number subject to your cards conditions. My Barclaycard - Visa does this. Then use any of the options above. That way the money for your brakes still ends up on your visa & Ian gets his cheque or transfer etc & everyone is happy.

You can contact Ian for payment details here :-
by telephone on (01656) 660899
or by Email on ian@godspeedbrakes.co.uk

I'll take a set of 325mm Grooved and Drilled, providing they will fit under the 17's on my P1. Also I won't be doing track days, so I take it grooved and drilled is the way to go?

1. Keigo 325mm Grooved only
2. FLAT ERIC 335mm Grooved & drilled
3. Boarder1 308mm Grooved only
4. Scoobypete 308mm Grooved only
5. big sinky 335mm Grooved only
6. RobDon 325mm Grooved only
7. bluenose172 325mm Grooved and drilled (pending advice from some nice person)!

The following points are all taken from somewhere within this thread m8 :-

Speedline chrono wheels will clear the brembo 308mm and 325mm kits.
15" comp MO's , Raceline and speedline wheels will clear the brembo 308mm kit.
16" comp MO's , Raceline and speedline wheels will clear the brembo 325mm kit.
17" OZ SuperTurismo wheels will clear the brembo 335mm kit.
18" Prodrive OZ wheels will clear the brembo 335mm kit.
They will fit all cars from 93 to 04.

I cant see 17" P1 wheels being a problem for 325mm if 16" comp MO's , Raceline and speedline wheels will clear the Brembo 325mm kit.

And grooved & drilled is ok if you are not doing track days.

Default I'm in!

Hi,

Am DEFINATELY up for this, have no money but who cares, I need the braking!

Thanks Flat Eric for all the info and enthusiasm.

From what I can gather as I have standard Subaru 16" (the gold ones!) and have no intention of doing trackdays (not in my own motor anyway!), then the 308mm, grooved and drilled would seem the most appropriate? (have I understood?)

Money transfer would suit me, what are the P&P costs please and is it all inclusive of VAT or not?

Many thanks.

Asif

No problem, the smoother we can keep this running, the better for eveyone.
Thanks to Keigo for starting all this off in the first place.

308mm Grooved & drilled will be fine for 16" & no track days.

Ian keeps an eye on this thread when he can,but I will e-mail him regards vat & p&p if he has not replied in the morning. What am I saying?IT IS MORNING.

Last tidy up & then its bed for me.

So does this mean we still have to wait until we find out whether or not we have £75 discount or £100 discount? (as we only have 8 people ready to buy)

Thanks

If Ian will include his standard Godspeed 308mm 4 pot kit in the GB, I could be very interested for my 94 Legacy GT which is badly in need a brake upgrade.

I have "Private Messaged" all the people that have shown an interest :-
Bullring, gothinducky, scooby-jay, silverstrike, STi_IOM, vinnieWRX.Along with AsifScoob & yourself who both replied.

Short of sending the bailiffs round to give them all £100 rather than £75 I think we will just have to be patient a little longer.

I never thought it would be so hard to give money away.

I really need these brakes ASAP myself as I am doing the East Coast Charity Run 2004 on 2 May along with 50 other Scoobys from Scoobynet & Scoobycity. So want my brakes to gleam.
