film from tonight
Ok, it is done .
The film is 10.1 mb big, in real format this time, as I want to put it on my pda, and that wont take wmv files!
Quality is a bit poor, but you get the idea.
Following madscientist round the roads near Pott Shrigley.
ENJOY!
good night,
chris.
oh, nearly forgot here it is!

Great run out, and I loved being at the front, well, apart from having to wait for you bunch of girlies to catch up all the time
Nice run home as well. I had the satnav in trail mode so I can load the route onto my PC and get you some kind of map CW, just incase you need it in the future.
Till next time everyone.

Great driving last night. I got home and I was on a natural high! Actually it wasn't natural, it was semi-burnt Optimax fumes from Supers exhaust filling my car! At least I kept up mate!
Anyway, Chris, i've mailed you a map or three of the route back to Poynton already. Aren't I good.
Can't watch the video though as I can't download Real Player.
Looking forward to the next one already.
Pete

Thanks for all the route info guys, looks like I'll be up there playing this week, just to check out for the future of course.
It was nice to have you to follow on the way back mad, especially when you missed a few corners
See you all on the next one, glad you enjoyed it mark,
chris.

p.s. chris, where did you get your camera mount from, looks like a great piece of kit, does it just attach to the tripod screw mount of the camera?

this thread says it all mark
the mount thats recommended is mint, dead easy to use, and just leaves a little circle on your window, which can be polished off.
Had it on the outside of the car on track days too!
chris.
ps you missed a good one *****, we're out again on wednesay, you up for it?

BAD NEWS!
noticed my back tire was a bit down today, checked with gauge and no air in at all!
put some in, went to garage and filled up, went to tire place, and then also noticed rear tire down, but not as much!
front passenger tire nailed, rear drivers tire nailed
rear is repairable, and is being done now for £15, front is right on the edge of the tire, and therefore not repairable, so new tyre there, £80
Also, while it was off, noticed a lot of wear on the inside edge of the tire, on left and right, has anyone else noticed this after geometry settings done from prosport??
so, wont be out wednesday now, as tire not ready till thursday, damn!
I'll let you know how I get on with sourcing a new toyo for the front for less than £80
chris.

CW, if you are stuck for wheels/tyres I can lend you a couple of my shop stock spares for a couple of days till your back on your feet. Ring me if you need them.
What tyre place do you use by the way. I used a small back street place near me, but they stared getting a bit pi55ed off as the Bridgestones are a bugger to get on/off.

Sounds like u all had a good run out, shame i missed it .
Chris, scoobs scrub tyres anyway at the front, u'll be lucky get more than 7K from them, just due to the camber, apparently subaru say that it is something to do with the 4 wheel drive system the use so as far as i can see its just a scoob thing.
Bummer bout the bloody nails tho
Blitz.
