Right dont want to pee on anybody thread but thought I would post this up. I have spoke to Paul from TSL today and he is very interested in offering us a group buy on 25 crystal sidelights. The Normal price is £75.00 plus postage and packing but for the Group buy Paul will do these units totally delivered to your door including everything for £65.00. He will also garantee he will be the first supplier in the UK with them, delivery time 4 weeks maximum 3 weeks minimum. He did mention that we need to get going quick as he already has had a lot of enguiries. But its everbodys own choice which way this group buy goes. Just giving everybody another option.

my supplier has guaranteed delivery as at 24th April

and will do them for 64.25 including vat and delivery (based on 15 people being interested) just incase some people drop out....he'll also take credit and switch card payments

Yeah includes delivery and VAT but dont think bulbs as Dont think many people will need bulbs if they probably have good working old ones.

Paul did mention he is sorting a price out for anybody that would want LED style sidelights to go with the crystal lamps.

And like I said he can deliver in Minimum 3 weeks and maximum 4 weeks direct to your door and he will take all types of credit cards. So even at the latest it would be the 12th of April

putting this out to 2 companies...i put alot of hard work in securing the price and making sure they could deliver....which THEY WILL.

and my orders placed with them.

please post comments so i can move forward...going to make me look stupid if i don't keep my end of the bargain...and the price is cheaper that TSl's be interesting to see if they do come in in 3-4 weeks

I never mean`t to stand on your toes. Many apologies if you think I have. I just thought that I would ask Paul from TSL as he was the first person on Scoobynet to offer them to us. And when you look at the price their is only 75p in it. I have no doubt you worked hard to get it going and I ain`t taking anything away from you mate. Was only offering an alternative incase anybody wanted to purchase from TSL. You haven`t named your supplier mate. So people might not know who they are dealing with. I am sure your supply will be delivering for the 24th and have no doubt that your supplier is very reputable. I also can not doubt Paul from TSL in his promise in delivery by 4 weeks either as alot of people have commented on his very very good customer services.

Like I said it doesnt really bother me which way people do this as I aint gaining anything out of this deal just trying my best for the people interested in the group buy.

I also dont think Paul would think any less of me or scoobynet if my suggestion fell through we are all adults and can understand that everybody is allowed to make their own decisions on who they wanna buy it from plus as me and Paul discussed today on phone its just an offer. He already knows people will buy them from him without the groupbuy. So I think it was good that he at least offered us the chance of his first supply at group buy rates.

But i started the group buy based on me securing a deal with ''Roger Clark Motorsport'' and them in turn securing a number of units based on me telling them i could shift em np.....which judging by the response would be np.....at the end of the day peeps will get them from whoever has them first.... i should imagine...

The list is progressing nicely...as expected...so i guess we'll have to see if it all goes pete tongue

I thought your supplier would of been getting them in anycase well I certainly dont want to ruin anybody financially. So I will sit here real quiet like and not say a word unless anybody wants to go with TSL mate. Hope you didnt mind me putting a list of interested parties. I reckon we could get probably about 30 people interested in these things. How many units has Roger Clarke Garanteed to deliver?

count me in too! i would also advise getting the xenon ligths to go in these, they really make a difference and if you have HIDs they managed to match really well without that lame yellow tinge!

I would also like to say that I think it wise we stick to the first and original supplier as I don't think its fair that someone has done the work got the price and date sorted ony to have this destroyed just because someone we already know might want in on the sale.

Give the other company a chance!

Totally agree with your comments about who you should stick with and all appreciation must go to Phil for setting this up. All I was doing was offering a quicker supply route if anybody wanted them and also the alternate with LED Sidelight bulbs its everybodies own choice who they stick with and when you think about it Paul from TSL was the first person to elt everybody know these items were gonna be available and also posted pictures. Shame it took me to ask him if he would be interested ina group buy.

GOM I would reply to your private message about the group buy but your Private message system is full.

Believe me Like I said in the first mention of TSL this was only an alternative if people wanted quicker delivery times.

I was only trying to help, I never actually mentioned that anybody should leave your group buy just let them all know the facts of TSL delivery times as it was presented to me by Paul from TSL. As it happened Paul did mention he should be able to drop his group buy price further after the first shipment, as he is getting the rest of his deliveries, sea freight delivered, but obviously this would take a little time to come into the country.

Like I said earlier Paul also mentioned that he could maybe offer a group buy price on the sidelights with LED`s which is totally different to your group buy and If it would make you happier I will start a new thread with the Crystal Lights and LED`s.

I will not pull out of your group buy as I have put my name down and will stand by my decision.

btw, why not have a Roger Clark group buy and a TSL one?

That way, demand can be met from 2 seperate sources and everyone should be happy!
