I dont know how long the site will be up ive just ordered mine.
Just purchased mine.

The link is to purchase @ £200 + £10 delivery NOT £5 Delivery

Therefore total is £210 - still an absolute bargin when you consider the hike in insurance premium for having too many points.

I will most likely order one in the next 36 hours if the buy is still open.

Sounds like a must have :-)

"The car had been recorded speeding on six different occasions around Cardiff and the south Wales valleys. However, a reading of how fast it was traveling could not be obtained because the jammer device interfered with the detectors."

The thing with the L1 is once it detects a laser it jams for 5 seconds, to allow you to check your speed, then disables for 30 seconds. The laser gun then gets a reading. No worries!
Your not stopping them reading your speed, just giving yourself oportunity to check and adjust accordingly.

Has anyone sited their switch/LED in the spare switch blanking plate located next to the fog light/waterspray switches. Seems like the ideal place for it.

Talking about an STi7/8

Well, decided to modify the blank switch to hold the LED and toggle switch. Then decided to go for a latching switch with built in Led instead. I think it looks good. Colour change of the lamp cover is a 1 min job. Think I'll stick with green as it's more in keeping with the other switches. What the heck, I'll change it to suit my mood

I emailed the radarshop on Friday afternoon to see if the deal is still on. I expect they will reply tomorrow at some point. I hope the deal is still on as I had a close one today with some sly Policemen deciding to use the mobile unit 200 yards before a Gatso whilst hidden in a lay-by.

Here's hoping!

Remote controls don't do it for me.

Check out this thread http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthread.php?t=310078

Mine beeps nicely when I turn it on. Will try and find a van in the near future to make sure I'm getting my moneys worth.
