What time does the show open to the general public, and more importantly what trade stands will be there, ie: how big a show is it?

No passes this time, just turn up pay at the gate and join everybody on the stand.

I don't know what traders are going to be there. I guess the same ones that were used in the JAPS show last OCtober. It's been advertised in Jap performance and Banzai magazines, there's normally quite a decent turnout.

By Road







The Warwickshire Exhibition Centre is located on the junction of the A425/B4455 nr Leamington Spa. It is at the centre of the national motorway network, with the M1, M6, M40, M42, M45 and M69 all close by.

The exhibitors entrance is off the B4455 the Fosse Way, whilst the visitors entrance is off the A425 Southam Road. There is ample parking on site.







Routes to the Exhibition Centre







From the South via the M1

Leave the M1 at Exit 17 (M45). Follow the M45 to its end. At the roundabout follow the A45 (straight on). At the next slip road (1 mile) turn left onto the B4453 signed Princethorpe. Follow this road for 3.3 miles until you come to the junction with the A423 Coventry-Banbury road. At this junction go straight across onto the B4455 Fosse Way, signposted Stow. Follow the B4455 for 5.1 miles passing through three crossroads to arrive at the exhibition centre.







From the North via the M1

Leave the M1 at Exit 21 and take the M69/A46 right to its junction with the A45. At this roundabout turn to the left taking the A45 signed London. After a few hundred yards take the slip road on the left marked A423 Banbury. Follow the A423 going straight across two roundabouts for approximately 3.7 miles to Princethorpe. Leave the M6 at Exit 2 following Coventry signs, then at the roundabout take the A46 signed Coventry (E&S) and Airport to its junction with the A45. Leave the M40 at Exit 12 turning left on the B4451 signed Gaydon/Kineton. After 12 mile turn right onto B4100 signed Lighthorne Heath. Follow B4100 for 3.8 miles and at the second roundabout turn right on to the B4455 signed Leicester (Fosse Way). Follow the B4455 for approximately 3.8 miles to arrive at the exhibition centre.









From the M40 North/M42/M5

Leave the M40 at Exit 14 signed Leamington following A452 for approximately 3.4 miles to a roundabout then take the A452 (B4100) signed Stow/Gaydon. (Note: Not A452 to Leamington). After 3.4 miles turn left at the roundabout on to the B4455 signed Leicester (Fosse Way). Follow B4455 for approximately 3.8 miles to arrive at the exhibition centre.

Not sure to be honest, the show will be sign posted around that area.

I don't know what entrance to use, didn't realise there were 2 until you pointed it out.

Do you think this will be a problem, or do you think it will be easy to find?

They are now classing this as an outdoor JAPS (Similar to JAPS at Thoresby)
We will have a dedicated Club stand. (Along with other clubs)
There will also be an Outside Show and Shine competition (Hosted by the organisers).

As long as the organisers know that the sidc have a dedicated parking area, there should be no problem.
It might be worth trying the exhibitors entrance first. At the public entrance we may get directed into the general public car parks

Just a thought...

Perhaps if there is a pub nearby, we could all meet up prior to entering the show.
Say 8:15 - 8:30 and then convoy in
