What was all that no turbo's stuff last night? After me just designing a snazzy new paint job for the turbo anol 
Is this some new SN rule against driving cars wae a bit oh speed? I'm gagging to start racing the faster (real) cars tbo, the GTi's are like snails wae lead boots on 
And sorry for shunting you LN Bob, was right behind you when to spun out, well cought though m8 - mutters damn keyboarders have no excuse for that anyhow, mutter, mutter -

LOL mate no worries Yeah not too happy with the no turbos request. I can understand those who haven't got them its unfair to race them in turbos but if there is a mix of cars then its really a case of turbos can compete against the other turbos and the non turbos still have competition with the other non turbo cars. Everyone has some fair competition then
If there is only one person on with a non turbo then yeah its only fair to accomodate them occasionally although I do remember being in the same situation and basically had to go and race on one player till I earnt enough points to get the turbo. Not saying thats right but just that I have been in that situation.
Danbo has anyone given you the password yet? If not let me know and I will send it over to you.

the non turbo thing was an attempt to run a couple of races with equalish cars, we thought it would make for more interesting racing thats all.
Just a one off/decision at that time, not a rule or anything.

OK no probs, the only issue there is that if you guys with non turbos have been modding them and us turbo players have not been bothering with non turbo car modding we then end up at a huge disadvantage. IE I havent spent any time setting up a non turbo car where as it seemed you guys last night were using very well setup cars so if I had raced it wouldn't have been equalish anyway. The only way to do that is if everyone races with the basic setup or everyone uses the same modified setup file.

when u design a skin, does everybody in the game see it or just yourself>?

Can someone please email me the password aswell, I'm itchin' to get racing...
Also, has anyone else had problems downloading setups from the LFS forums? I try to download the .zip/.set attachments, but nothing comes back

GMT I unlocked it all in one evening. It depends if you have more than one pc at home?
Re the setups yes there is a known problem with it, something to do with them changing their bbs software I think. There are a few posts about it on the forum. Some setups download some dont. If you need one best to post up a reply asking for it to be re hosted.

It doesnt actually take that long to get enough points for the cars. Just make sure the AI is set to pro, make the races longer and make sure you have a full field

Micky, I think you need to put the skins in, data/skins_x. All those skins that you dont need/want to use for yourself, but you want to be able to see others who are using them.

Also for those who don't know there is a manual and rule book on the forum. I can't link to it as I can't access it from work but its an essential read for the rules and setups.
One thing that is not tolerated is hitting other cars. I have printed it out and having a good read through so I can legitamately whinge at Jye when he runs me off the track
Would be good if everyone at least reads the rule section of the manual so everyone knows whats not allowed and what is etc
Oh and any news of a scoobynet skin or full game server Simon?

I had exactly the same problems. Think the rules only apply to the multiplayer races though as maybe a bit hard to enforce the rules against AI opponents
Anyone about tonight for some racing and what time? Seems we have a lot more than the maximum number of drivers for one race registered now so could get a full field together
