Drove to Brecon today with the kids and had excellent time sledging. Still a fair bit of now on the mountains.
If I'm right in thinking the first stage from the bridge to Keith P's will be OK then it's still woth us meeting up. We can always do the cafe halt and the golden mile (futher south and not high altitiude). We can see what the roads higher up are like when we get there. See you at J33 for 9:00 off unless we have a blizzard tonight.
Put your sledges in the boot
any probs give me a ring 07879690328

Had a great day today, thanks Mike for your route planing and organising your end. Great to meet some new faces..
Fabulous roads, great scenery(what I saw!) but shame the range was shut.
And I missed the bird getting her assets out!!
And my car is now filthy! and has a few more stone chips...thats why I like leading!
Hope top meet you boys soon for another one or maybe organise an Exmoor which i'm sure you'll all love.
Our local website is http://www.scoobyzone.co.uk
Feel free to register and join in with the banter/chat.
The track day we were talking about is the 27th April at Castle Coombe - see the thread on the site.
And...i'm not going to get a caravan as was suggested...LOL..
Good day, feel tired now..!
Steve.

Thanks for the original invite Steve/Nozzer.
Really enjoyed myself and the turnout was good especially given the conditions. Round of applause to Scott for keeping his MR2 in one piece on some of those slippery roads. Didn't have the benefit of traction control like Ian’s beamer. Very nice motor. Only problem is those arches are far too wide and inhibit overtaking of Fiestas
Next time you English boys plan an Exmoor run let me know. Fancy doing something different.
Chris, was it you stopped on the M4 on the way home? Hope everything was OK with the new car. If anybody took some decent photos please mail them to me.
See you all on MWR 10 for the next instalment.
