Sam, you should be able to make a claim via the Motor Insurance Bureau (or whatever it's called nowadays). Have a word with your insurance company or a solicitor to find out what the next best move is.
As far as the parts go, try www.gradea-subaru.co.uk or www.central-subaru.co.uk.

Sam, don't fret, I think you should still get paid out. You did report it to the police and have the police attend? Did the guy get breathalysed? Either way, it sounds like this could in no way be your fault so you will be insured.
If you've got legal cover on your insurance, give them a bell.
I believe all insurance policies still include a payment into a fund to cover accidents that are caused by uninsured drivers...
Again, speak to your insurance agency as they should be very helpful. If they're not, try the insurance forum and someone will know something that will help you out no doubt.
BTW, sorry to hear this. Gutted for you
Nick.

Nick & Others,
I would just like to state here that I have NOT been supplied with SWRT Stickers from the SWRT team suppliers
I just happen to have a few genuine stickers (I never actually said I bought them) and from that I have worked out who the manufacturer of the Vinyl is, and with this information I have got my supplier to source the same vinyl

Sam, you'll have to add a good few quid to the parts bill for cutting/welding/filling/painting. May also be some chassis distortion that'll need rectifying before the new stuff goes on. Keep chasing the Police and your insurer for the juice on this. The MIB is, as Nick says, a fund that the insurers contribute to to underwrite the costs of uninsured drivers, and it should be what sorts you out in this case.
Steve, was driving down the M40 past Prodrive Banbury earlier, and saw what looked distinctly like a firing squad in operation (blood shows up really easily against a white wall). Thus, I think it's fair to say that the miscreant has been punished for his/her indiscetion.

Steve,
My comment was trying to say that even if someone does find who makes the stickers for SWRT (and they are in the UK), they will be sheepish if you ask for a set that's all. They have had knuckles rapped.
I couldn't personally give a monkeys about any of this, but you know Prodrive's stance and we have to bear that in mind, that's all.
Cheers,
Nick.
