Don't...

I have a huge list of things I want/need to do the car, I bought it in January and I've only managed:

Changing the oil and filter*
Changing the spark plugs*
Check air inductor is not too close to the battery!*
Fix a broken glove box
Fit the stereo and uprated speakers
Fit a Momo steering wheel
Play 'hunt the water leak'
Fix loose steering
Fit 15" wheels
Painted rocker cover
Change rocker cover gasket and spark plug seals*

I've still got to:

Fit cold air feed to induction kit* (bumper off job )
Change the gearbox oil*
Check and adjust valve clearances*
Play 'Hunt the leak' again
Get the car lowered (so it looks nicer)
Get a new exhaust system (so it sounds nicer)
Get a manifold (so it goes better)
Fiddle with bumper and headlight alignments
Fit amplifier once water leak is found and fixed
Get rust and dents sorted out
Re-gas air conditioning system

* - Things that I think actually needed doing for the rolling road day!!! And I'm running out of weekends to do them!!

Andy

I'm breaking a Rover 216 twin cam if there's anything you need. I believe it's the same engine as your car has.

Paul,

I will have the whole distributor unit off you. Maybe the starter motor and alternator as well (just as spares!)

Drop me a mail with how much you have in mind and we can sort it all out on the 27th!

Cheers
Andy

You can have them no problem. Always handy to have spares. I'll get up the garage this weekend and take 'em off for you.

Would be interested to run in the 4WD group if poss.....

Just realised that there isn't any 4WD cars on the list....2WD rollers I assume ....never mind

No worries!

Keep an eye out in the Southern forum, there are normally rolling road days for 4 wheel drive cars organised at Power Engineering (Uxbridge), Power Station (Cheltenham) and G-Force (Bucks IIRC)

Hi Glen,

No worries mate. They are happy to run the day with only 10 cars, so it means we finish earlier or we can take our time!!

Sorry you can't make it But knowing me I'll probably organise another late summer or early autumn!

Thanks for letting me know

I told you before Neil.... No Supras on Saturday!!!

Get there for about midday to watch all the other RWD cars run!

Serously though, we may finish the first batch of FWD cars at 11.30am, if so and there are no RWD cars around, I will carry on with FWD!
