lol

Ian, out of interest, who do you use to send your stuff?

John

p.s. looking good Welloilbeefhooked - mine look horrid but I don't think I will have a chance to do anything about it before the brakes go on - at best might be able to give them a clean.

Welloilbeefhooked,
You may want to stop with the caliper work, as you have to 'split' the caliper to fit spacers, so you might want to paint them when thats done!!

Ron, panic not my friend!!

I have purposely split and painted them. I will be leaving the spacer as it is, without paint. I want to see what this looks like.

Welloil - when you rebuild the calipers scrape off any excess paint from the mating surfaces with a stanley blade , any paint on them could cause leakes ,

Denmark - I got your emails and mail you back with all the info you need

Havent had post yet but will add to the list whoevers order comes in

Cheers Ian

Thanks for the tips about the paint on the mating surfaces.

I was going to do exactly what you said Ian, scrape the paint off the surface with a blade. There are only a couple of splashes so it should be an easy job. A bit of thinners to remove the rest should do it.

Cheers.

****

Can you email or post here tomorrow a.m. either way - if it doesnt turn up not only will I go mental but I will be a bit screwed....may have to cancel/rip up the cheque when/if it arrives and sort out a transfer or something.

Assuming the cheque turns up tomorrow am, and you send the kit straight away, should I expect it monday or what. Just need to know re: fitting.

Cheers

John

Ian,

I`ve just spoken to Gavin and the deal between the two of us in back on!
Could you please prepare a kit with grooved disks and ferodo pads which will be going onto Gavins car. I think he was hoping that you may be able to swap the set ups around this weekend?
If you could give myself or Gavin (probably easier to phone Gavin first) so we can iron out the details.

P.S I`ll be after the back set up as well at some point if you don`t mind.

Cheers,

Chris
