Recalibrates the coolant temperature sensor for cold starts so the factory ECU can use 740cc injectors without flooding the engine with fuel on cold starts.

Just a small bit of modding then?!?!?

I love the stealth factor of the car - looks so "normal" if that's the right word.

Brian.

Talking

What makes it even worse is John looks like more like an accountant (no offense John ), whereas in reality underneath lies a boy racer getting high on boost and hell bent on tearing up the tarmac around Dunfermline

I certainly wouldn't describe either as 'normal'

wrxmania hmm stealth factor u aint seen andy f's yet have u

a good few yrs back when i was still young we got together all of us and andy at forth rd mcdonalds and were gonna drive up to star

and i thought hmm he will be the slowest, should kick his *** it was so normal looking and not modified

well we drive up to star and still he takes it easy im going 90 mph along with brian and john aka evojkp and andy still slow at 70 mph so i thought well he must be afraid we will spank him how silly of me

once on the rollers, **** im glad he didnt race us, he had so much power and torque his torque was double of mines , mine was still standard at that time and it was fast his car

from then on i swore i will never under estimate anyones car even if it looks so normal

Looks normal, that is an ace compliment thanks, just the intention

The exhaust gives it away a little, and most people get a good view of that only once they've been "done"

Already did a 12.2 at 121mph at Crail with a 2s 60ft time. Managed other runs on the day at 1.8s 60ft, so 12.0 at 121 should be on the cars, possibly better with the taller tyres and higher rev limit I now run. But it is never going to be a drag car with the six speed box. I think it would do 11.7 on a 5 speed with a little weight reduction. But I don't want to break it trying. The quarter terminal of 121mph gives an indication of where it could be if mechanical sympathy was removed.

Probably, but drag racing isn't really my scene. Pretending to be an accountant and then burning off exotica when they least expect it is preferable However, the image would be better served by a standard looking Saab 9-2X

No need Mo!
I've converted it into a Mazda!
However I'm sure the "Spirit", will be present, at a Trackside near you! In the Future.

Unfortunatly. It's a lowly MX3 V6.('Sa slug and I keep getting challanged by boy/girl/granny/grandad racers LOL)

However the KTM is great fun.

And I get to keep my liscence
