scoobys20mgh - afaik the Primavera is fully booked, I think Tony & Chris got the last room there. We booked with Rally Travel who also use the NH Hotel on the outskirts of Trier, I believe there are still rooms available there, might be worth giving them a shout

We like the Primavera because it's in the heart of Trier, the downside is that it's a bit noisy at night (I used earplugs last year) but is within spitting distance of Parc Ferme and the ceremonial start, the restaurant there is also really, really good. The NH is quite big, has a large car park and is next to the Mosel but is on the outskirts of town which is great for getting onto the autobahn in the morning but less convenient for getting into town at night, although it isn't very far to drive parking might be a problem. I think some of the rally team personnel stay there which is a bit of a bonus.

Other than that the German scoobynet contingent camp out, last year there was a large campsite down right near the service park, they'll be able to give you more info on that

Any one who is going can you PM me your MObile phone numbers so we can all meet up. There is a possibility we might have some spare VIP passes as 4 of our party have dropped out, 2 are defo dropped out and 2 are 99% dropped out, no promises mind.

We are also going to a mhasive party on the sat night with Subaru Germany so that should be good! don't worry we will not let the side down

What would be good is if we had a big scoobynet flag (Simon any chance of you having one that someone can bring over)

The ScoobyNet Deutschland contingency will mostly be camping at the Bostalsee camping ground. Its the opposite side of the lake to the service park.

Steve, any more news on Aston... is he 100% out or in?

If he's out then we have 2 spare VIP tickets for the Subaru service park... Email me if you want some more info!

Mr Askew, you will shortly have PM!

Ditto, all booked up, not quite paid for yet though

Al, what day are you lot doing the VIP bit? We might wander along and wave at you from behind the barrier that keeps the riff raff out just to make you feel good

Hi Sal, We're there on the Saturday. Would be good if you come along so we can jeer at you from the posh VIP bit Otherwise, I'm sure we can meet up for a few stages on the other days.

Mike

They will give you access to the SWRT Hospitality area with food and drinks all day, they will allow you behind the scenes of the SWRT, you will get to meet the drivers and look round the cars, you will also get to meet and look round the Pirelli tyres operation.

Basically you will be part of the team for the day in laymens terms.

We are staying at the NH Hotel, flying in on the Thursday PM. Not been before but really looking forward to it. Want to know what is going on so that we can attend anything interesting. Got a VIP pass for the Sunday but still trying to work out where it is etc. Hopefully RallyTravel will send some stuff through.
