Second Hybrid FMIC Group Buy.
How many fans do you have??
I have got 2 and I thought that was normal on a turbo.
My number plate will be moved onto the splitter. It may not look all that but I think has got to be the place it doesn't look too odd.

We will be sending him the money for three of these kits probably early next week.

It might be a good idea for me to send money too then.
Where to and will mr Chan know it's from me.
I've had no contact with Hong Kong.
Harvey! You wrote something like you have it under control so maybe I should not worry so much. It will probably be allright in the end.
Yeah well, as said the unpolished kits might be available within the next two weeks... I don't think you have to hurry with the money yet.
I guess Mr Chan still has some unsolved issues with the polished kits?
As I've said before, I don't wanna mess those things up by beeing too hasty with the unpolished ones, that's why we won't be sending the money until next week sometime.
But of course, "Harvey's the Man"
, so just say if you disagree !

Gentlemen : Here is the situation as I understand it. Please get back to me ASAP at harveysmith1@btopenworld.com if you have any further update.
Ayaz : Your payment received in Hong Kong and kit will be despatched beginning of next week.
Ben/Drexel : Please try your tracking number and advise me.
Fraser M and Gerry H : Please try your tracking number and advise me.
Edward : I am phoning you now.
UNPOLISHED: Please send your remittance now to Hong Kong and copy me in so I can expedite. Miki, you already have the details for the three for Finland.
Dan and S. : I am e-mailing you seperately with instructions in case you have lost them.
After this group buy is complete (when we will have imported 39 kits) there will be no more unpolished FMICs.
Your early response to help me get caught up on outstanding issues would be appreciated.
Regards,
Harvey.

When using paypal , isn't it just to fill in the recipient's email and send the money?
Filling in my details of course...
hybridhk@netvigator.com has an account but not verified, but I suppose they dont send money just recive.
Just supposed to fill in the email and send the money? Never used it before and don't want to do wrong. Help please.

Gerry

Tracked my intercooler this morning after a note from Harvey and it's at last at the hub with a GB tracking No.
Perhaps when Aus Post said mine had been sent by plane, they actually meant bi-plane

So from when it was sent, 22nd March, that'll be 23 days. Maybe the one on the boat will get here first

Mine's here!!!!!!!
I Tracked it and it showed as being held at my local depot, so I phoned them and they said I can go and pick it up, but I had £99.63 to pay
Anyway it's here now, and it's a lovely piece of kit
The only problem is a small dent in the top of the IC, right where it's impossible to straighten. Thanks alot ParcelFarce and AustraliaPist.
Anyway thanks for sorting this Harvey, and thanks to DXX for letting me take over your purchase of the I/C.

I spoke with Parcel Force again to ask why '48' is actually 240 hours. I was told that Customs had only just released it.
Sorry to hear of your damage DreXel, that's my worry too, the longer it's in transit, the more times it gets handled and chucked about.

Well it's finally arrived AND a day early!!!!! It was well worth the wait as the quality is first class. Had to pay £96.09 in charges but even then, it's well under half the price of others out there.
Many thanks to Harvey for all his hard work in organising and sorting this G/B
One advantage in getting mine last, there's now lots of experienced intercooler fitters to draw advice from

Has anyone in the South of England fitted there Hybrid FMIC yet on a pre-facelift car? I would really like to have a look at your fitting before i start on mine! I am based in Gosport - so if anyone would like to show me their fitted Hybrid I would be delighted!
I have seen the installation thread but would still like to see one in the flesh first of all.
many thanks
Ken

Dan: Send an e-mail asking for your tracking number. If that is a problem, let me know and I will chase it for you. harveysmith1@btopenworld.
Ayaz: Tracked yours today. "Held Parcel Force Birmingham South for delivery 23-04-04"
Edward: As above. "Held London North. Dly 23-04-04."
Let me know when they arrive and the duty charges.
That just about concludes the second group buy so we are on target for the third group buy starting May for June deliveries onward. This will be conducted on22b.com so as not to take up band width on S/Net.
