Ok turns out you where right
The info on here is correct
the ecu is not for my car
Ive contacted the supplier who will re supply with F00 3
so once it arrives Ill probably have to re advertise.

unfortunately I'll only be able to use your advice in the future.
After a long argument on the phone I was told I can only have the part and not my money.
This one was sent to me in error and someone is waiting to have it fitted,and my one was specially ordered in.

Oh well you live and learn.
At least I found out now and I didnt sell it to some poor sod,
who I would have ended up in arguments about not knowing what they where talking about.

What a mess that would have been.

Guys, can anyone tell me the difference between "GC8D" and "GC8DL" in this table?
Two different units for ver 4, I don't wanna go ordering the wrong one!

Commander Units can be obtained from AndyF I think. He had a special offer on when I had the pcf fitted but decided against needing one (think it was £100.00)

Nice bit of kit. I saw a massive increase in torque and drivability has been imrpoved.

Cheap (ish) mod for the money and amongst the best that I've had fitted.
