I don't think peeps would post on here if you told em what was hapening. So far after speaking to you over the phone 1nce a few months back the only response i have had from you is on this bbs. You never answer my phone calls or reply to emails. So what do you expect from peeps you don't reply to etc? a big thank you?

Had I been able to purchase more, I would've. Had I been informed more often re: stock levels, I would've waited. Had I not been lied to, I wouldn't of ended up mis-informing my customers. Had you been contactable via any other means then SN, I would've used it.

No great loss to you, I'm sure : especially as you deal with your stockists in the same manner as you deal with your customers..

Don't take this the wrong way now, but rather than argueing with everyone on here please could you try & reply to some of the outstanding e-mails that I & others appear to have?

Thus far it's what? 2 months since this group buy started? I havent had any acknowledgement other than from 'Scooby Doo' that I wanted to buy 30 bottles of the stuff despite numerous e-mails & attempted phone calls

Last I heard from someone else (not even associated with the group buy) was there was a customs hold up, again, no official comments etc etc.

Nope you are right, but when people put thier names down for a pretty big group buy & two months later they are STILL being pi55ed about with not even an acknowledgement that they are spending £xx amounts of money with you/your company what do you expect them to do?
