Doug i thought that but then thought sod it and got hold of a P1 spoiler, and filled the logos in then painted to match the car.

yeh it is but api had to block up the bonnet vents as water was getting in,its very light i think i will put carbon fibre under to make them stand out.iv also got some splash gaurds to put on but ive got to get them painted.

some very nice people at a garage called api.im still loving it by the way it is without doubt the best car ive ever had,but wife still hates the coilovers.

Anyone got pic's of 60mm Defi BF's in there Type R? Just got a set off fleabay for a decent price but i'm stuck for fitting them. Set of 4, oil temp/press, water temp + boost. Thinking of 3 in the middle but stuck on where to mount the 4th.......Can you get 60mm a-pillar pods? Might just leave the water temp out as my pfc commander shows w/temp.

My brother after having sold his M3 evo saw the light and is the proud owner of a MY99 STi V5 type r. This is the 3rd scoob (MY00 WRX-RA limited, STI V3 and now the type r) in the family now. pics to below.

Back on the 2nd Feb for what will seem 2 very short weeks of r&r then back over till the end of April. It would be good to meet in person for once!

newbie here - on the look out for a type-r -
banny i quite like the whitecar/whitewheels look. if you dont mind me asking what price did your brother pay. I am after a type-r but the prices vary SO much....

gonna go to the beginning of this thread and take a look at all the type-r's... hmmm yummy

se david at api for the clutch he will give you any part numbers you want.as for pics you need to open an account with photo bucket or some other pics host i use showoffyourcar then you upload your pics to that then cut and paste it to the thread.
